The lenses made did not fit my glasses and the Lensabl reps double talked their way out of replacing and/or fixing them even though I paid extra for a warranty. Poor service and product as far as making custom lenses for Bose glasses goes. They take no responsibility to make things right with their customers. Never again! ***Update: This is a joke. Even though they have just responded to this review and may mean well and offer to help they simply just don't or won't, not with the Bose lenses! Other customers have the same exact complaint and worse about them causing scratches and other damage to their Bose glasses frames they trusted them with so I refused to send mine. I don't need to send them to them to install as I totally know how to install them myself. Just make them correctly so they fit, which you haven't done yet! They said they had a model pair to try the lenses in but they obviously did not because they sent the same defective lenses back to me that STILL do not fit at all and told me they fit fine. They most certainly do NOT fit. The crummy plastic lenses, (yes they are lousy plastic for the price you pay) cause the frames to contort and destroyed the tracks they slide into so my original lenses no longer fit correctly either. Bose should sue them for destroying their customers glasses and secondarily ruining their business in the process by trusting them to make these sunglass lenses. I'm not happy with Lensabl or Bose for letting them have license to try making these. They don't honor their customers and they certainly don't honor their protection plans. Do NOT trust them with Bose glasses ever! Over $100 for two lousy pieces of defective plastic. I only hope you needed it that bad because your family is starving, it's the only good excuse you could possibly have for the hideous disrespect and mental abuse of your bread and butter customers.

the turnaround for basic sunglass lens replacement took over two months, the customer service was mostly unresponsive when i was asking for an order update, they also overstretched my frames, didn’t color-match the lenses, and they lost the original case i sent my sunglasses in. all for them to conclude basically with, “so what?” when i was vocal with my dissatisfaction. but it’s all on me as i should have done more research since a simple search would yield countless bbb complaints. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wish there were email notifications on progress. Like they received frames, working in frames, sent frames and date to expect. Probably a tracking number

My eye doctor wanted close to $400 to flip script lenses into my frames.... (I had two frames). Do the math... So, you can now see Lensabl's value proposition... The process took about one month. I am a satisfied customer and would repeat the process again. Some corrective criticism... remove the order tracker from PROD until your team can become more accurate while using it. Overall, it is a good approach, just not there yet.

The latest of many "replace lenses in a pair of old frames" jobs Lensabl has done for me, and as always, everything turned out perfect. Their process has gotten easier over the years; more streamlined on the ordering end, though overall it hasn't actually gotten any faster. Plan on two weeks including the weekends for the whole thing, which is entirely reasonable when you consider you're sending a parcel back and forth through the mail. If you get your frames back a little quicker than that, hey, do a little dance!
