My wife sent them very expensive Stella McCartney frames. It took nearly a month to get the order back. They sent the glasses back with old school bifocals, we asked for progressive lenses. They denied that we requested progressive lenses. They refused to redo them order or even give a refund. They pretend to be nice about it but blamed the whole situation on my wife and insisted that this is what she requested. Not only did it take four weeks to get them to do the wrong order but they sent us something that is completely unusable. We were using Warby Parker but decided to give this company a shot. Hello Warby Parker we are back. Apparently Lensabl forgot to teach their employees anything about positive customer service. They just lost a ton of business because when we find something we like we put it out to our network and our daughter and her friends. I had to give one star because there is no choice for zero stars.

The overall process with Lensabl was easy. Communication from Customer Service was great. I was able to have upgraded lenses put into my Versace frames that are over ten years old (without being broken). The cost was quite reasonable, especially compared to having it done at my local optician's store. The entire process took about one month to complete (so it wasn't fast). But all things considered, I would definitely use them again!

I followed up with Lensable again because of them replying to this review. They blame me for the mistake and will not refund the money. They will grind down the lens to make it less blurry. I still say this is a terrible company that does not care about their customers. They take no responsibility for their part. My advice is -do not order progressive lenses from them!!! Run! My glasses are unwearable. It looks like I made the lenses myself. I thought I ordered progressive lenses. Even with help from them before placing the order they came back all wrong. They will not refund money. Do not order from them. They do not care.

The glasses they made weren't usable. I can't see any distance whatsoever do to a typo when I placed an order even though I also attached a formal prescription they asked me to upload when I placed the order. When asking them to replace them with usable glasses, they only offered to sell me another pair at a slight discount.

I ordered a progressive lens replacement based on the claim the process took 6 or 7 days after receiving my lens. I paid extra to have the lens shipped priority. The web site indicated that it received my frames but maintained the status that my frames were scheduled for completion in 6 or 7 days. I finally got my new lenses 27 days after ordering. The delay and misleading status/scheduling were disappointing. I am happy with the final product I received. I also ordered a second, new set of frames with the same prescription on August 30. Similarly, the order hasn't arrived 23 days later. I did receive an email reply from my support request recently, saying that they were completed and being mailed. Suggest Lensabl provide a more honest estimate of process times.
