Hi Frank, We noticed that some essential information was missing when we received your frames at our lab. To complete your order accurately, we reached out to you for your pupillary distance (PD). We initially sent a reminder on January 10th, and followed up again on January 29th. We appreciate your response on January 30th, providing the required PD. With this information, we were able to successfully complete your order, and it was shipped out on February 8th. As mentioned on our website, assuming we have all of the required prescription information needed to start making your lenses (RX and PD, OCH/SH if applicable), lens production is 4-7 business days on average once your frames arrive at our lab. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped to you. If there are any imperfections whatsoever, we may re-make your lenses until they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. We do not guarantee a date of completion until the lenses have passed final quality check and a shipping label has been printed.
