Ordering process was smooth with a friendly staff and online access. Sending out samples of the colors is a great gesture, and helped seal the deal. The construction process took a week longer than advertised, and he delivery took another 2-3 weeks after the notice that the unit was made ready for shipment, I week in the shop waiting to be picked up by the delivery service, and another 2 weeks for it to arrive. The delivery company offered no flexibility on delivery dates, either their time, or it goes back to the factory to wait another two weeks to be picked up for the next delivery. They were on time with their scheduled delivery, and the delivery process was uneventful. The product is not exactly the feel of the fabric sample, a bit over stuffed I'm guessing, which takes away some of the softness of the soft leather construction, over the online pictures, but they are designed to draw your attention anyway. None the less, the product is comfortable.

Buying the sofas from the Leather Furniture Expo was a great experience. From getting the swatches, to ordering the sofas, and then every week getting an update on the status of the sofas, everything was great. The delivery notification put me in touch with the shipping firm, West & Co., and they were great in delivering the sofas.

The White Glove delivery of our sofa occurred as scheduled with the delivery crew checking for any damage and then cleaning up all the packing materials. We chose an Omnia leather sofa and love seat in the Monte Carlo style with the Outland Ranch leather. The pieces arrived today, and we are pleased with the effect, and the comfort. The leather has a very lived in look. The leather is a bit rough, almost sueded, and adds to the comfort of sitting. Customer service has been a good experience, as well. We called a couple of times during the process to clarify some things, and the fellows who answer are very good about getting us the information we were seeking.

We were kept well informed throughout the fabrication of our furniture and the delivery was right on schedule. The quality and workmanship of the furniture was excellent and we would recommend anyone desiring good leather furniture to go to this company.

I ordered a loveseat and sofa in September, which was charged in full to my credit card. In November, I received word that my set was on its way and I should have it 2nd week of December. The week after Thanksgiving , I received a call from Lou, that my sofa and loveseat (both) fell off the delivery truck and were damaged beyond repair! Really, both??? I asked to see pictures. Clearly the delivery company would need this to file a claim with their insurance. No, I was told, they were "self insured" so they really didn't need to take pictures! New sofa arrived 2 weeks ago with water damage on the seat. Covered it with wood marker. Oh well

Our beautiful white leather sofa arrived with white glove delivery and was everything we had hoped for. Making a large purchase over the Internet can be scary, but any worries we might have had were relieved by the delivery of the sofa. The support staff were able to let us know about a delay in delivery due to the West Coast longshoreman's strike and were so kind. The Italian leather is so soft and comfortable. All we can say is "Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!
