Nice and comfortable! The leather feels nice!

I ordered 2 sofas, chair and ottoman on January 2nd. Leather Expo updated me every week on the progress of construction. 8 weeks later, the furniture arrived. This leather set is high quality. I'm glad to have made this purchase. I highly recommend this company.

I received terrific customer service from Leather Furniture Expo. I found them online and found the bedroom pieces that I was interested in. they gave me an excellent price and so I ordered the pieces. One of the night stands came damaged. They had sent very specific directions prior to my receiving the delivery, so I knew exactly what I needed to do. They resolved the issue and I'm very happy with my purchase.

The review / selection process on the website and then discussing the potential purchase with the sales staff was very good. We wanted a particular color and style which we could not obtained in the Rochester, NY area. Yes, I tried. I am satisfied with the price overall. A sense of a comfort zone and confidence was established with a purchase of this size. Two full couches and two recliner chairs. I elected to have the "White Glove" service rather than try to save some money, and glad I did. I recommend this service. The updates on the progress of delivery was weekly. The delivery was seamless. I received the call from the company inquiring as to a date and time they would be in the Rochester, NY area. They were on time, polite, efficient and helpful. I am very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Florida Leather Furniture Expo.
