The results were outstanding!
I was very leery of buying from an on line company because of all the negative publicity. I did buy an all leather sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. The manufacturer is Palliser. I paid over $3100 for this set, so since I never made a purchase on line so expensive, I was quite nervous after I made the decision ie. would I actually get the item, would it be the quality I was expecting, and after the sale was made, would Leather Furniture Expo still provide good customer service? These were all the questions and fears running through my mind. There was a delivery problem, and I spoke to Lou and asked him if he would credit the entire purchase, because I did not receive the furniture, and I would be out of town for the next 4-5 months. (After 90 days, the credit card company will no longer intervene on your behalf.) Lou agreed to do this without any argument, and I agreed to abide by my decision to buy the furniture during the new 90 day window. Sam was very helpful in obtaining the ottoman, because it was not part of the first shipment. The results were outstanding! The furniture is excellent quality. Something comparable in a local furniture store in the Denver metro area would be at a minimum $1,500 more at there best sales price. I was never given any objections by anyone at Leather Furniture Expo, and customer service from everybody I spoke to was outstanding. My phone calls were always returned timely, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price I paid was fair, but I would be very hard pressed to find any other company to sell, and ship a similar item for the same price. This means that I got an excellent buy for a top quality product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. They stand behind what they sell, and they are an honest on line retailer.
