I custom ordered a six piece seating arrangement. It took just a little longer for the pieces to arrive as the color leather I chose was on back order. I received notifications during the production process. Cody was extremely helpful and promised my furniture would arrive before Easter. He was not mistaken. Furniture arrived, the men unpacked it and set it in place for me in the living area. Beautiful! The customer service is fabulous! Thank you Leather Furniture Expo.

My sectional is gorgeous , comfortable and very well made. Costumer service is second to none! I called numerous times and each time the call was handeled by a very courteous member of their staff. Lou was awesome! Keep in mind you are buying a custom made piece so it will take awhile. Be assured it's worth the wait . So glad I found them!

5 stars all around from getting the free swatches to ordering and delivery. Price was amazing and the couch couldn't be better.

I love my new couch. It's high quality and couldn't find anything like it in stores. My only complaint is the shipping company. They didn't get in touch with me, I had to call them multiple times. The delivery men couldn't speak English and took a chunk out of my wood floor when moving the couch. I still gave 5 stars because leather furniture expo was great, easy to deal with, and I love the couch!

I ordered my leather sofa in July 2015 and I am still waiting for it. I contacted the company via telephone in late October and was told by the representative that he "was just going to call" me. He was very apologetic and reassured me that the sofa would be delivered "by the end of December." The explanation I got was that the sofa did not make it onto the ship. I was told that I would be "updated every two weeks as to the delivery, starting in December". He also offered a 10% discount. I will continue to post updates and would like to be able to write something positive. Tuesday, Dec 8. Received a call from Cody today stating the sofa is on the ship and he will notify me when it has made it through customs. Thursday Dec 11. Received a call from Lou today assuring me that Leather Furniture Expo is doing everything possible to get my sofa delivered as soon as they can. He explained that the delay was with the manufacturer, Natuzzi. I have updated my review from 2 to 4 stars to reflect the courteous service I have gotten from Leather Furniture Expo's reps. I am hopeful that the sofa comes soon and meets expectations.

I've had my Sanford sectional for 2 years now and I have to say that, though I was a little nervous ordering an expensive couch without having ever sat on it, let alone seen it in person, I couldn't be happier! The ordering process was so easy and the customer service was top notch! The couch is perfect for the space and is VERY well made. Two years and 2 rough boys and it looks like it did when it arrived.
