The furniture is beautiful but uncomfortable I gave the chair away because it was to low for my handicapped husband to get out of In the future for such an expensive purchase I would go to a brick and mortar store to try the furniture

We were hesitant to buy furniture without sitting on it. However, this is as comfortable as the best furniture we looked at in the stores. The furniture is good quality! The leather is beautiful and soft. The styling looks good. the only complaint is it took a long time from when we ordered it to when we received it. When they say 8 weeks, that means 8 weeks to the shipping company and then another week to 10 days for delivery. We got the white glove service because we didn't have to pay for it, but I'm not sure I'd pay for it unless I couldn't find someone to help me. They did bring it right into the house!

I found Leather Furniture Expo by accident online after being disappointed to have furniture I selected at a store be discontinued. I was so disappointed because I had been looking at that set and saving for it for long time and then I had nothing. I saw the website and went out there. What a selection of leather furniture! They must have had a million to choose from and I think I looked at all of them. I finally selected a sofa and loveseat that seemed to be exactly what I wanted as to size, style and color. I took a deep breath and ordered it. During the wait for my furniture to arrive, I had at least three reassuring phone conversations with Lou. I opted for the white glove delivery. Not much more money and great when you love alone like I do. When the furniture came, lo and behold, it was just as perfect as I had imagined! The gentlemen who delivered it brought it in, set it where I asked them to, placed all the cushions and took away all the packing material. I was and am very happy with my purchase. The quality of this furniture is much superior to what I would have bought in the store. Thank you very much for your fine products and service,.

i ordered leather swatches through Leather Furniture Expo on 6 Oct 2014 and received them about 5 days later. I chose what leather I wanted and placed the order on 9 Nov 2014 with a 6-8 week production time plus delivery. The furniture was delivered on 4 Feb 2015 so the process took about 12 weeks including delivery. It. Took about a week and a half to deliver so the production time was more like 10 weeks than 6-8. The furniture was delivered by a team of three. They were friendly and courteous. The furniture was packaged well to prevent damage. The team unpacked the set arranged it as I requested and took the packing material with them. So far I am very happy with the set in every respect. The quality is high(from my minimal experience shopping around) and the leather matches the swatch perfectly. The construction is very sturdy and the cushions are firm but very comfortable. Assuming that the set stands up to regular use I anticipate being very happy with this set for years to come. My only small complaint is the rather long production time but I would deal with it again after seeing the final product and the value.

My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase from LeatherFurnitureExpo.com. There were a few weeks when we didn't receive the weekly e-mail on the order but other than that all went well. The furniture arrived on the expected date. So far, it has bee great and we're very pleased with our purchase.

We are very happy with our new furniture. Too soon to know how well built it is, but it looks great and is very comfortable.I am a little concerned that our new set was built in China, I would have ordered something different if I knew that prior to ordering. Also, the frame warranty is supposed to be lifetime on the New Grande set but is voided by being priced on the clearance page. That takes away any confidence that I could have had in this Chinese export. I will post another review to the site when the furniture lives up to our hopes of durability, or if it should prove to be $5,000 mis-spent on more Chinese poor quality. Almost 3 months for delivery time, but we knew that going in from reading other reviews. Delivery guys were great, very efficient and polite.

Ordering from the internet can be a scary process......this company was excellent to work with from questions, to samples to arranging payments. We ordered 2 chairs an ottoman and 2 sofas. They exceeded our expectations! The distressed leather is beautiful and extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the weekly emails telling us the details of the furniture build. Very professional!
