I was a bit hesitant to order something like this on-line, but I was unable to find what I wanted in any of the local furniture stores or on their websites so I thought I'd take a chance. I selected the style being careful to coordinate with my existing leather chairs and the size of the seat cushions (I'm short - barely 5'2") and went looking. I picked 4 styles then asked for sample of the colors I thought I was interested in. The samples came quickly, I selected the one I wanted and ordered it - then held my breath. It seemed to take a long time until I received it (and it was), but it was worth it. The quality is excellent. The color matched the samples perfectly and it is extremely comfortable. The delivery guys were courteous and made sure the recliner ends worked and made sure I was happy with it before they took all the wrapping away and left. All I can say is don't hesitate. It's well worth the wait!

It's been 5 months since I ordered the Sedona oversized leather sofa. Leather Furniture Expo did keep me updated during the build process, however after it shipped, I've had to repeatedly contact them. The sofa has been in the shippers warehouse with damaged feet ( and other undisclosed damage, according to the shipper) for months.LFE has repeatedly told me it would be delivered in a matter of days...it has not happened. I am concerned that no-one has taken control of the situation, nor have they been concerned and called me. Expensive furniture does not fair well unpackaged in a San Antonio Texas warehouse. Update 9-14-2016 The sofa and ottoman were delivered this morning Lou at LFE has been wonderful once attention was paid to my order. Unfortunately both pieces of furniture are damaged on most surfaces. The furniture was delivered sitting directly on the diamond plate floor of the truck (no feet installed) with metal dollies up against it. Lou has told me not to worry, and that any damage will be taken care of. Update 12-22-2016 Well, it's been several months and promises by LFE were not kept. The damaged furniture has not been repaired, as a matter of fact, they have done nothing not even a phone call.This company is only out for sales, they are friendly and promise you the world, but never follow through. Do Not Buy From This Company! Update 1-6-2017 I spoke with both Lou & Sam, a repair company was scheduled to come repair the couch and ottoman today, with a window between 2-6 pm, they did not call or show up. I'm at a loss, I've been patient and polite when dealing with Representatives of LFE, with no results. I can understand any one or two of the above mentioned issues, but to be promised a solution for over 3/4 of a year and get only lip service. Order 38078

We ordered the Charlotte Sectional in Rio Pony Leather with power reclining and it is absolutely beautiful! As with most we were a bit hesitate to order such an expensive piece online but after a few emails with Lou who answered all of our questions promptly we were put at ease. We ordered in February and as promised once the order was processed (which can take up to a week) we started to receive the weekly emails on the progress of our order. As promised our furniture was made and ready to ship in 8 weeks. The caveat is the shipping company- depending on where the furniture is heading this will add additional 2 -4 weeks onto your timeline - no problem as long you plan on this which we did. The only issue we incurred during this entire process was the shipping company that eventually delivered our furniture // they were ill prepared, damaged our freshly painted walls and put a 6" gouge into our wood floors - we ended up helping them during the move in process- to say the least this was the most disappointing part of the process, however I do not place blame on Leather Furniture Expo as I feel this was out of their control for the most part. I shared my thoughts with Orion Air who handled the delivery. Overall a stellar experience with Leather Furniture Expo and the sectional is more beautiful than I expected and would totally hold up to the quality and high end look of restoration hardware or pottery barn at half the expense with more options to choose from!

Our Napa Sectional just arrived last week and it is amazing! The Brompton Cocoa is great and just like the swatch we got. Love the deep seats they are very comfortable and we will be watching lots of movies curled up in the corner. We were a little nervous about ordering online but would do it again without a second thought. Thank you Sam for being so patient and answering all our questions. Love having this in our family room it makes the whole room!

We received our furniture last week and love it. The leather and quality of the sofa is very high. Love, Love, Love my new furniture. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality leather at great prices.

We love our Sedona Sectional. The Brompton Cocoa leather is beautiful just what we were looking for. We save thousands from Resto and quality is great. The only negative we had was that it took 2 weeks longer to get here than stated but well worth the wait. Would buy again from them in a heartbeat.
