The integration with Docketwise…
The integration with Docketwise sometimes fails and doesn't reflect a payment in the client ledger.

LawPay failures cost my business time and mineg
LawPay does not obtain authorizations prior to processing cards through links sent to clients which resulted in a dispute and reversal of a clients entire retainer, plus fees charged by LawPay to me.

Hi Lauren, I would like to set up a time to speak with you to better understand your concern. Are you referring to a client chargingback a transaction, was this an eCheck transaction, or are you saying we authorized a transaction and then pulled the funds back. Beware if you use this service!
Beware if you use this service! If you make a payment to a lawyer's office using this service you might think you are making a one time payment. However they allow the law office to push payments to your credit card even though you have not given your expressed consent to do so. They say that they will always advocate for there client and don't care about the consumer.

nobody every picks up
nobody every picks up; it feels like a switch and bait bait and switch where once you get our business then you disappear and NEVER PICK UP!

There are charges we were not made…
There are charges we were not made aware of, and also the website does not allow to track pending invoices, just payments received. I think there are things that can be done to make it better and to make the integration with Mycase better but instead they focused on getting as many people to sign on as possible without really caring about the quality of the service.
