Tacticalpay was responsive and helpful. They answered all my questions and were transparent from beginning to end. Heather, Mariam, Cristine and Kyle helped me out through every step of the process.

Great first customer intake call explaining how systems work and what functions are important now and what will be needed down the road.

Mr Kyle has always been there helping me the best he can.Always replies quick and get me the right info. He goes above and beyond

Kyle was amazing. He was extremely attentive and worked hard to make sure my store was fully set up to take payments and run smoothly. His instructions over Zoom were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, and he showed a lot of patience throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me.

Kyle King at Tactical Pay provided outstanding support. He took the time to clearly explain how the Authorize.net gateway works in a way that was easy to understand and practical. His explanations removed the usual confusion around setup and processing, and he answered every question thoroughly without rushing. Beyond the technical side, the customer service was excellent. Kyle was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It is rare to get both clear technical guidance and high-quality service in the same interaction. Highly recommend Kyle and Tactical Pay for anyone looking for reliable support with Authorize.net or payment processing.

Rich and Kyle were our demonstrators for our on-boarding call. They were knowledgeable and experienced on their own product. They could demonstrate and run simulated transactions regarding firearms and the intricate system that ties in with receiving, selling, inventory and book keeping. Excellent experience overall and looking forward to the transition to this new system with people that actually know what their doing.
