To start off, Tanner and his crew have been extremely helpful, number one, with actually helping me understand and break down the business from the very beginning. But also with me realizing and understanding that my business required me to lock in, most importantly, on the KPIs, tracking the details, and really finding out what business model I was going after I originally came in pretty confused about exactly what was going to make the most sense. Clearly, within the first 30 to 60 days, we laid out a roadmap, did a bunch of testing, and Tanner was very direct about what offer would make the most sense. And then afterwards, we just started scaling and tracking all the numbers. He made everything very simple. Business started at $100,000 a month, and within the first 30 days, we doubled to $200K. In the next 5 months, we went to $400K, then from $400K to $600K, and then from $600K to $900K. As of writing this, we're on track to hit $1 million this month. Not only was Tanner extremely helpful in coaching and keeping things very simple, but his team, between Ben and Jen, has been extremely helpful in providing the information that's necessary from a structural standpoint to build a complete organization and not just be a one-man show. They've opened my eyes to why growing and scaling a company the right way with the right infrastructure is so important to not only making money but also to building a more complete organization. For anybody that is considering getting into Elite CEOs or working directly with Tanner, it's the best advice I would give to you: to not only hold you accountable but also to give you a clear roadmap and make things very simple. Most coaches and mentors overcomplicate things and try to give you a bunch of fluff, whereas Tanner and his team focus on what actually matters.

I’ll be honest. I was terrified to make another investment with Tanner’s team at Elite CEOs.
