Amazing people to help guide yoi
The people I was talking to were really responsive and patient. They explained all the benefits and if Clio didn't already have such a hold on us for 10+ years and it was my decision, I would have switched over.

I love lawpay for our small firm
I love lawpay for our small firm. Running payments has never been easier. The process is quick and easy. When i make collection calls I can get the client on the phone, confirm their CC, and process a payment within 35 seconds. Refunds are easy to do as well as running monthly reports. We had an issue a few years ago and when I called lawpay their customer service rep gave me an immediate solution- you can't beat that! There is nothing better than working with someone that knows every in and outs of their program and the staff at lawpay knows what they're doing. Our processing percentage rates are even better for our firm than our previous processor where we had to manually type CC numbers into a keypad. Lawpay also connects with Timeslips (our billing program) and makes adding payments to bills even easier by autofilling payment info. I would recommend lawpay to anyone with any size law firm. Thanks for making my job easier!
