I actually love the format showing who has been billed and who has paid through the link. It makes my accountant's job a lot earsier

We struggled in getting LawPay to set up surcharging and weren't notified that automatic surcharging on trust payments had been discontinued. We were ultimately able to sign a waiver to still get it set up, but the communication about the change wasn't great and it took a lot of back and forth to get what we needed. Things have been great since then.

I used Quickbooks for many years for invoicing/payments. LawPay is a lot more user friendly and also simple to use. There are some improvements that can be made specifically under the LawPay Pro side. Thank you Amadeus

It is easy to track the transactions, which account money went into, etc. It is easy for our office and our client's to use. I love it! If there was to be one change, it would be the way it communicates with the bank so I understood some of the coding on my bank statement better.

Easy to work with. We should have an option to also send the receipt via text (providing a number) not just email.

Very easy to use. Very intuitive. On the rare ocassion I have had to call support, they answer promptly and hve been able to resolve my issues immediately. Would have given them 5 Stars ***** but their clearance times are a bit too long. Seems like charges take 3 business days to clear. My prior credit card processor cleared in 1 business day. They really need to work on that.

Law pay is easy to use and the links for payment and options for payment plans are a great tool to increase case flow and payment of retainers and balances due

The level of customer service is simply outstanding, humans answer the phone quickly and actually care about answering your questions and helping you find solutions. In 2023 there are few businesses that provide even fair customer service, LawPay is world class! And no one paid me to say any of that.
