Easy to use and great customer service!

I love Lawpay! I love that it retains the credit card information for past payments and emails payment receipts. It would be nice if new cvv and expiration dates could just be input to re-run a payment on a card that has recently had that change. I also love that you can email links for payment to clients. I would love to see a payment link to clients for them to set up their own payment plan through Lawpay. It would also be a great feature if 1 x payments were a little easier to schedule out on a future date. I have used the recurring payment feature for this. I would also love to have a feature to export payment information made in lawpay to clio without having to use clio to send/pay invoices. In our firm we email invoices to clients and then a few days after we run automatic payments for the invoice balances on a certain date. Lawpay definitely makes my life easier and my work faster.

I would rate LawPay 5 stars if they were able to process ACH payments.
