Five Stars: Outstanding service and lower prices. I was using square, but they were less than responsive when I had an issue, and their prices were higher. Lawpay is the way to go.

The product was as advertised and better than any that we had used prior. It was a good move for us to use LawPay.

Great product, easy to use Set up and training were relatively seamless. The forms (operating account and trust account) are easy to use and send out. Multiple layers of staff use it effectively, which has increased turnaround time on accounts receivables and aided in old collections.

Excellent service, easy functionality and reasonable fees. Due to the level of our activity, they automatically put us in a more favorable tier for the commission. Recommended.

No problems with LawPay. Fees are reasonable. When I had an issue it was taken care of immediately. Helpdesk has patience!

The system integrates well, however, time to deposit is too slow.

LawPay is great for accepting credit card payments for retainers. The service works flawlessly and I'm a big fan. However, I have two issues that I'd love to see addressed: 1) I receive tons of statements in the mail from AFFINIPAY. This is pretty much the only snail mail in my life and I'd love to receive these statements via email instead. 2) There's very little transparency into the fee I pay per client payment. I understand that there is some way to figure this information out via some third party website and the paper statements (or something like that), but this is critical information and should be made easily available. Great source for my company, everyone is able to understand it due to it being easy to use.
