The dress was beautiful but not what was shown online. The picture does not show a mesh top. The dress I received had a nude mesh, which caused a quick rethink to adjusting the wear of the dress. The delivery company that is used is not trustworthy for timely delivery. As early as I purchased the dress. I received the dress 5 days before event. STRESSFUL

J'ai commandé deux robes en tailles standard pour le mariage de ma fille. Les mensurations données sur le site était en concordance avec mensuration, pas taille mannequin mais je devais rentrer dedans. Malheureusement non : donc pour l'une j'ai pu faire des transformations avec une couturière mais l'autre c'est la coupe et les mensurations qui ne correspondaient pas. J'ai donc entamé une demande de retour n'ayant pas commandé une robe à mes mensurations mais pris une taille standard. Et bien sachez qu'il ne la reprenne pas non plus et vous propose des remboursements défiant toute concurrence ( je peux vous fournir toutes les propositions : bon d'achat, envoi de tissu pour transformation , etc...) : mais celle là : 30% du prix d'achat et vous gardez la robe que vous ne pouvez mettre. Après plusieurs négociations, il me propose 30% de remboursement et je dois payer 10€ de plus pour avoir un malheureux bout de tissu pour essayer de mettre cette robe à mes mensurations. C'est honteux. Faites attention car sur le site il est bien stipulé que les robes sur mesure ne sont pas reprises et les autres tailles standards sont reprises avec des frais de désinfection, de reconditionnement ( environ 15% du pris initial). Et là et bien non c'est pas ce qu'il propose. Très dommage car les robes sont de bonnes qualités. Très déçue 😭 Faites bien attention au site, ici chinois car les robes en question sont proposées sur plusieurs sites à des prix différents.

Ordered my daughter’s prom dress . It came in a timely manner. We ordered the size 10 dress it fit her just perfect. Was very pleased in overall quality of dress. She looked very beautiful for her special night .

The dress did not arrive when expected, it was too late for altercations, wanted me to send back to China at my expense $400 USD, settled for refund of 50% and kept the dress with hopes to resale.

The dress is nothing like the picture and is very uncomfortable!!! And on top of that they don’t give you a full refund!!!

Daughter ordered a prom dress which I now Im stuck with because we paid for expedited shipping that showed up several days after prom. Then they were refusing to provide return address because they are a company in China or somewhere outside of the US they an contract with VEHO logistics that is one of the worst services I have every dealt with in my life. It took a week to get them to agree and provide the return. So for a I paid over 249. They only would refund 40% of the price minus shipping . I receive least than $100 for the dress.$94.80 was the refund they processed. Which means I lost $40 from the start in addition to 10% discount was removed as well. Dress was going to cost 200 dollars to return it China just to get 237. Dress didn't even show up in the system for shipping until 20 April 2026. I have work with mail for over 20 years. If you cant guarantee your shipping don't charge people like you can. Then when you cant delivery just expect people to deal with it.
