Unfortunate circumstance
I wanted to take a moment to thank the Laveliya customer support team for their kindness and professionalism throughout a very unfortunate situation. Although my package was unfortunately lost after being marked as delivered, their team remained responsive, respectful, and understanding during every interaction. While we weren't able to reach the exact resolution I had originally hoped for due to their policies and the shipping carrier's investigation, I truly appreciated that they took the time to review my case, explain everything clearly, and work with me to find a fair compromise. Their communication was prompt, compassionate, and they genuinely made me feel heard throughout the process. Customer service is often measured by how a company responds when things don't go as planned, and I appreciate the effort the Laveliya team put into helping me navigate a difficult situation.
