The dress that I received was nothing…
The dress that I received was nothing like the photo on their website. The material of the dress was not the same. The beading was not really beading. It was a fail for me. I was highly disappointed because this dress was for a 40th class reunion event. It was horrible.

Dress not as shown on website
Dress not as shown on website, cheap! Do not issue full refund unless you send to China which is expensive to post so DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
This company is on the internet as a UK company with a co.uk address. Its products are produced in China and the customer is unable to make a return. I ordered a dress which didn’t fit and was offered a 30% refund. The option to return incurred hefty shipping charges and a 15% inspection fee on their part. The website misleads the customer and does not explain that items cannot be returned.

Nearly impossible to return for a refund
The mother of the bride dress I ordered is made of very cheap material. I wanted to return it immediately for a refund, but once I see their requirements, it looks like it is nearly impossible to return it for that reason. I feel duped.

If I could leave a less than 1 star I…
If I could leave a less than 1 star I would. Their return policy is a lie. Their “easy return” policy wanted me to pay the rtn shipping to a China address that woukd have been USPS and UPS verified over $300. They have offered 14-60% refund IF I pay $300 in shipping it back. DO NOT BUY from them!

I order 5 custom made bridesmaid dresses and they all arrived in about 3 weeks and fit each girl perfectly.

Even though I sent in and paid extra…
Even though I sent in and paid extra for custom measurements, it was still not right. I contacted them and after a week. They gave me $15 back out of the 100 that I spent material is nice. It came arrived in a bag. All wadded up so I had to have it steamed, and I have to have it taken in a bunch of different places that's going to cost me even more than what I paid for the dress, so I'm not happy, highly do not recommend
