The dress is cheap and not what it…
The dress is cheap and not what it looked like. I wanted to return it but no luck, I had it for 15 days, one more that their policy, terrible customer service. They refuse to take it back. Now i’m stuck with a $180 dress i’ll never wear. BEWARE

The dress was very pretty and well…
The dress was very pretty and well made. However, it did not fit I ordered a size 10 and it was not custom made. They will only refund 20% of the cost of a $145.00 dress which comes to approx $29.00. Their website says 100% refund if returned within 14 days. I contacted about returning the day I received it. Just make sure you like when you order and pray it fits because you will lose a lot of money if you want to return.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service & No Accountability
I ordered a dress from this vendor and had it shipped to my daughter, but they sent it to the wrong address despite the correct information being provided. When I contacted them about the issue, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they also declined to offer a refund. To make matters worse, they expected me to cover the return shipping costs — which ended up being more expensive than the dress itself. I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone looking for reliable service or fair treatment.

I just need someone to respond to my…
I just need someone to respond to my email. I have sent my measurements three times. I received another email from y’all this morning as if they never received my emails asking for my measurements and I emailed them again this morning and I am now worried that my size will be all wrong. I’m not sure what to do. RVL250331101518112 Can you please tell me how to have it altered to my exact measurements with you?? I’m not sure what size to get with my measurements and this is very confusing and especially with not being able to directly email and get an actual response

I really like the dresses from…
I really like the dresses from Laveliya. However, I asked them a question about a dress on their website three times yesterday, spaced a few hours apart, and I still haven't received an answer. I won't be buying anything if my questions remain unanswered. I just want an answer so I can order.

I have just bought an order for my wedding
I have just bought an order for my bridesmaids on the 8th of April 2025 and I did not receive a confirmation email. The order cost me £264.00 and I did not get an email to confirm this. Fortunately I did take a screen shot of my order number and I sent message to them and I am still waiting for their response. I need to know if this order will come and if it will not then I need a refund asap. I am really disappointed.

If I could review with zero stars I…
If I could review with zero stars I would. Omg the smell on the dress I bought is absolutely horrendous. And they try to say it's disinfectant.....seriously? All I could smell was moldy fabric. It was over powering....and their response is just to air it out. I was supposed to get married in this dress in 6 weeks....not only that it looks very different from the picture.

Not replying to emails or website contact form
Ordered a dress on Saturday 5th April 2025. Didn’t get a confirmation email.luckily, I took a screenshot of the order being accepted so had a copy of the order number. I’ve been trying to contact the company via their website but it keeps saying: “Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later”. Emailed the three times directly, still no response. Checked my credit card and payment has been taken. Not impressed with customer service. Going to process a chargeback through my credit card company and go back to hellymoon who I ordered from before, who, have a chat option, and got back to me within 20 minutes when I had a query.
