I have never shopped Kohl's when they came to the Rochester NY area. My daughter said she went 1 times & was not impressed. Last Christmas the senior center gave gifts, I received a sweater. Unfortunately I can't wear wool. The price tag said $32. Finally after Christmas, I was in Henrietta NY & decided to stop in & return sweater. I told the cashier I wanted to return because I'm not able to wear wool. She said I could get a store credit on gift card. When she gave me the gift card it was for $11.99!! I asked why & she said it was bought from sales rack! I didn't ask anything further. As I was leaving, I looked at men's ties. The cheapest one was $24. I immediately left the store. I still have the gift card. I want to understand the price change! I will never shop there. Going to give gift card to my neighbor. I will tell my family & friends "Don't patronize KOHL'S.

I have just cut up my kohls card after being out of state and coming home to find my kohls bill it was one day late and I payed it right away only to find out they charged me a late fee of $35 for being one day late . I hope they enjoyed their late fee as they have just list a customer, as I will no longer shop there.

Kohls use too have great sales and you could always use coupons on top of that. They have since upped prices and don’t think about using a coupon unless it’s a kohls product!! They exclude so much that it’s not worth going too the store too get something. If you’re gonna have a sale then have a sale and stop excluding everything!!! Kohls is not worth it at all anymore. I am very disappointed in the way they do things now. I’m sure and I know I will definitely be looking elsewhere from now own. Forget Kohls!!!👎👎👎👎

Did an online order and was expecting everything to be shipped directly to me except for the wax melts. I specifically said that since I wasn't unable to get to the store without having a vehicle I told them to just cancel the wax melts out then and credit my debit back. Well,come to find out, I've received less money back due to applying Kohl's Cash to my order which you won't receive the entire refunded price back. I blame myself for not realizing that the wax melts were pickup only but at the same time, you feel gypped by Kohl's. A certain percentage you get back and the rest applies to Kohl's Cash is how I see it which isn't right in my opinion.

So, two days ago I made a purchase at a W. Springfield Store, 3 items for about $115.00. On checkout I had coupons that could not be applied to my order I was told by the cashier. I did see I earned a paper coupon that was put in my bag for $20, future purchases, GREAT! Yesterday, I purchased two bras and yes $20 was applied. Today, 8/27 I went to return Eddie Bauer$65.00 pants. Well, the cashier credited me with only $45 in return for the pants. She explained to me you earned K cash. What??? I want my full $65 dollars back. I can't help you she said talk to the manager. The manager was of no help at all. So. I called the main Kohl's number. spoke with a gentleman for 15 minutes, thought I would be helped, NO!!!! I was transferred to another person. He said because I made a purchase yesterday, and used my Kohls cash we cannot give you your $20 back. This whole Kohls cash thing is a gimmick. Back to the beginning, Sunday, two days ago, I spent Issue:$115.00 ish in the store, had no coupons or Khol's cash to be applied to my order. Yesterday, I had coupons and Kohls's cash applied to an online order. And I had to pay $8 for shipping. $20 gone and charged $8 for shipping. How does that make sense??? I was ripped off and after my time going to the store, half hour, and awful customer service in the store and on the phone, and now 2hours wasted. Bye bye Kohls I cancelled my account. Watch out

They lost my delivery. Their system said delivered. US Post office tracking said "diverted for error on label". Their customer service automated system insisted it was delivered. Impossible to get a live customer service representative. Very very frustrating. I encourage my friends NOT to order from Kohl's online.

Portchester store neglected to remove sensors from merchandise. I had to go to store in Brooklyn since it was somewhat closer. I spent gas my time and bridge toll. They could not understand why I was annoyed . Did not even offer an apology. Girl I spoke to said she was manager and was not. Real manager told me I should go to New Jersey to remove. Disappointed with Kohls

Cathy in customer service at Kohl’s Atascocita went above & beyond to help me with a very frustrating situation. I ordered a pair of adidas running shoes and they sent me the wrong ones not once but twice. The problem was the sku on the box was mismatched with another shoe and it was hard to return the shoes which I didn’t like and didn’t fit right. Cathy was able to resolve the issue and I wanted to give her the highest review and let you know how awesome she is!! She’s the best!!! 😊😊
