My friend left her bag in the store. I called the store, and no one had turned a bag in, which is no surprise. But the customer service person, Cheryl, went above and beyond to help. My friend returned to the store, and Cheryl was kind enough to locate another sweater, determined which register had done the transaction,and got my friend her missing sweater. You don’t get service like that anywhere.

Maria, the cashier, at the Kohl’s I frequent in Henderson Nevada store 0667 is one of the nicest Customer Service reps ever! Give her a raise. Store is always organized and everybody greets me. Thank you.

I went to Kohl’s the other day to get a couple of tops, and the lady that I dealt with, Sandee #5. I’m not sure if it’s Store number five or if her employee number is number five, but she was remarkable. She looked things up for me on her computer phone when I wanted a second item, I didn’t have to go all over the store. She provided me a coupon and told me how it worked. She was professional and friendly and everything you would want in a clerk. I’d hire her! Really amazing woman And I’ve shopped lately at Kohl’s, a couple of times and I’m loving that clothes I’m getting from there

Last night I went to Khol's citrus heights to use a coupon I had saved for a sale when I went to have it rung up the sales lady at the counter Star was her name was so polite and pleasant had a great smile greeted me, asked if I had any coupons and I gave her my 30% off one she said that there is a 40% one and I can help you find it. She asked for my phone and directed me to my email and found it for me all the while with a smile. You see I'm a senior and I'm not good with technology. I was so impressed with her help and I just want to say thank you Star you are a star.

I mainly shop in the store and with the exception of a towel set, I have always been happy with the quality and prices. There are many ways to get deals and cash back. It's my go to store!

I appreciate the quality merchandise and excellent pricing Kohl’s consistently provides, as the value offered is truly noteworthy. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding accessibility. As an 80-year-old customer who relies on a walker due to mobility challenges, I find my shopping experience significantly limited by the lack of electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) in your stores. Exploring your departments for bargains is a key part of the experience, yet my current physical limitations hinder my ability to do so, and unfortunately, a standard wheelchair does not serve as an adequate solution. I hope you will consider this feedback as you look to improve the accessibility of your stores for all patrons. Respectfully, Dave Russo
