I was easily able to locate and order the item I wanted and completed the purchase. When I tried to log off/sign out the link to do so was NOT easily available. Most websites make it easily accessible. I had to try using the Chat box which kept asking if I needed help signing in, after 2 tries saying "no" I found the Customer service number. The agent was polite and helpful though I am not sure he understood the issue. However during the call as I continued to scroll through the page I was continually defaulted to, I found the link at the very bottom of the page, which took about 6 rolls of my mouse roller to perform. In short, much more laborious than this needed to be.

My in-store shopping experiences have always been pleasant! They run good sales and the associates are always friendly. I recently ordered a few items of clothing online and they arrived quickly and as described, except that the fit between two size medium tank tops of identical style in different colors was not consistent; one fit slightly tighter than the other even though they were the exact same product. It is worth mentioning that I kept both of them because they were both wearable. I did return a pair of shorts that were too big, to the nearest store, and I had absolutely no problems returning them. I returned them the same week I received them and I could either get my money back, exchange them, or get a store credit, which is what I did! Kohl's runs good sales, has friendly associates and they have a good variety of good quality clothes for what you pay.

I have mostly had very positive experiences getting great items at good to great prices with the Kohls cash. The Amazon returns area is the opposite. Be sure to know about Amazon returns process and have the code ready otherwise you may experience rude judgment! I have been treated poorly twice for not knowing the process. (experiences are years apart). This applies to Amazon returns at Kohls in Valencia, CA.

Khols has so many good deals .The percent off is so helpful..There is one thing the women cloths are so terrible so bad the styles for big women should be a soft look with sleeves not big flowers or terrible prints.I was in store looking at XL and most of them have to say awful prints it's like it's a store for old women I am old and think this is so bad who ever is the stylist they have to start looking at fashion.I went on Amazon and put in flower shirts the first page so many,bought 2.I hope are Khols does not close other then that I LOVE KHOLS

I’m not a frequent Kohls shopper BUT there are a couple of things I really appreciate Kohls for. 1. The fact that I can return Amazon purchases at Kohls easily and without question. 2. I am absolutely a fan of the girl called Kohls Mom. She is adorable! Kohls is fortunate to have her. She is a breathe of fresh air in the mist of commercial boredom syndrome.
