I went to return a couple items I purchased a few days earlier. Long line, 3 clerks so I thought the line would go quickly. However, apparently Kohls Customer Service, Skyler at the Plymouth, MN location decided Kohls customers take 2nd place to Amazon customers and took 3 Amazon returns behind me versus doing a Kohls return. Given Kohls sales have been slow and earnings have missed, it’s too bad they give their Amazon return customers better care than their paying Kohls customers. Won’t be shopping at Kohls anytime soon.

Horrible . Ordered 350.00 futon mattress that still didn't ship on the delivery date but can't refund my money or cancel order til I receive it. Have guess coming in 2 days and now I have to deal with this.

Attempting to close my Kohl's account since they switched to the Visa scheme. On hold for over 45 minutes with customer service. Never did connect and no opportunity for a call back. At one time I frequently shopped Kohls, but no more. Horrible, horrible online/phone customer service. I have no interest in ever shopping here again. Update: Third call, and 20 minute wait, finally a cs rep answered. While difficult to understand, he was able to close my account. This business with issuing a Visa account without my permission sent me over the edge. No more Kohl's.

The cashier was so rude. I returned two items and left the bag in the counter and she said take it. I said no just throw it away, I wanted to shop . She said take it outside and threw it at me. Not shopping there anymore

Have always enjoyed shopping at kohls. Until yesterday. I haven’t been in months and am recovering from a surgery but went to buy clothes for my son who’s starting high school. He wears adult clothing. So strike one was the obscene price tag on a basic pair of black pants. He needed two. Strike two was the obscene price on a pack of socks. Strike three was going to pay and seeing they have renovated the entire cashier area to half self checkout and half cashiers. It was confusing and annoying to go through the maze of candy and cheap items as you make your way to the cashier. I mean I’m spending a ridiculous amount of money why on earth am I going to check myself out. I mean what am I paying for. And strike four because we’re still there was the snotty cashier that not only barely looked at me but rudely asks if I want a bag for five cents. I just spent two hundred dollars on three items and you’re asking me if I want a bag for five cents and asking me with an attitude?!?!?! Shame on you kohls. This is horrendous and I will not be back. Complete pandemonium at the checkout area. Oh and PS - every single dressing room had dozens of pieces of clothes in them. Dirty and didn’t smell too nice. Clothing All over the floor and seats. One person working on the floor. It was the absolute worst experience I ever had at kohls.

I ordered a pair of lebron witness vIII for my son for school....they sent me the light bone ones.....I ordered the ore sail which is red black and white the ones I got where Grey so they sent a replacement out and I got the same gray sneakers I call customer service and they said all they could do was give me a refund which is very disappointing because I got them on sale and now they're sold out and it was a good sale very disappointing im a single mom of 4 boys and 3 out of 4 wear men sizes and it's not easy and all because they must have the sku messed up!!!! I now have to struggle to figure it out!!! And customer service did not care....and upon reading the reviews this is a common issue get it together kohls very disappointing

Placed order online on 8/22/24 for 8 items. Expected delivery was 8/30. No delivery so on 9/3 called them. Was told to wait 3 more days. Now the tracking shows that carrier lost the package. Called and chatted with Kohls. The agent on the phone couldn't get any information on her computer to load and was breathing so loudly into her microphone I couldn't hear her. Finally just told me she would issue a refund - would take 10-14 days! Chat agent resent 5 of the items as 3 were now out of stock. I highly doubt I will ever see these items. They need to find another shipping company! Horrible shipping company and horrible customer service agents! Will never order from Kohls again!

It's taking forever to cancel the kohls account. When they decided to change from the old kohls card to capital one visa my spouse and I decided we didn't need another credit card. We thought the kohls account was canceled but nope now after several months and attempts we hope it's canceled. Not happy that it's extremely hard to speak to a human instead of a very annoying robot. Kohls your practice of no human interaction will be your undoing.
