What a horrible customer service experience. Using AI agents for customer service only works if the system works. Kohl's must have a budget system, because theirs is garbage. Your lack of customer service just cost you a long-time customer.

If I could rate it 0, they made $110 of Kohls cash disappear. I finally emailed the right executive assistant and I received my Kohls cash disappear. Probably had ten hours into it. I thought I would give them a second chance because that was back from Christmas of last year that they did that and they sent me a $15 coupon and I ordered a vibrating chair. They canceled the chair and of course I had to order another item to meet minimum shipping requirements and that order was sent then they canceled the chair so I talked to customer service. They said they had it available and different color so I ordered again and they did the same thing so I have two items I didn’t really want and no vibrating chair. They are as crooked as they come. They like to do a bait and switch and I will never shop there again.

I have just about had it with them. They're clothing isn't what it used to be. You get coupons or Kohl's cash, go online to use it and somehow a 10 Kohl's cash ends up giving you way less when you put it in. I got a 30% off and thought I'd look for towels. Nope, can't use it for towels!!!! Really Kohls? So I took them out of the cart and I'll shop elsewhere

I ordered 4 items with 1-day shipping. The first item came 2 days after the guaranteed arrival date. The other 3 items never came. I canceled the order and got refunded for the shipping I paid for from the online agent but I obviously will never shop at Kohl's again. What a stupid business. They also don't allow you to contact them with complaints about online orders via email so I guess my only option is to post on this website about how terrible their business is. Kohl's is like a far worse version of Amazon that costs more money and doesn't ship the items you order. Don't bother shopping with Kohl's if you want to actually receive the items you've ordered. I don't mind them getting 1 star because at least they refunded the money but what's the point of the business if you're just going to leave me empty handed for the birthday gift I ordered and then refund it later?

Everything about Kohl's online has been everything that made me enjoy online shopping! Very easy to order and the shipments have always arrived when expected and accurate! Thank you Kohl's I'm one happy customer

Horrible customer service. Super hard to get a hold of. Waited almost 30 minutes and claim they can't look up any charges made from their end. Huge waste of time.
