I went to the Kohls Green Valley in Henderson, NV. I purchased 6 pairs of pants and the cashier stuffed all of it in a small bag. The bag tore going to my car and on top of that when I got home it was so wrinkled. Very unsatisfied!!!!

I have ordered and really liked items I have ordered at Kohls. However, their return process is horrible and complicated. I called to see what I had to do to return a pair of jeans capris that were too big because the instructions on the invoice were confusing. You have to put whatever it is in a box, not the bag it came in. I was told to take the label off the invoice and drop it off at the post office. The only label there was was one with a UPC code on it and some dates. I specifically ask if that was what I was supposed to put on the box and was told yes. I dropped it off at the post office and they returned it the next day to my home stating that I had to pay postage. I called customer service again and told them what happened and and said the first person I talked to never told me I had to pay anything. I was told by the second person that yes indeed I had to put the label on the box and take it to the post office and pay postage because they only give you free postage for returns if you buy over $100. I went to the post office again to pay the postage and was told the label has no identification as to where the box needs to go. Call 3, I told this representative that I was told that the barcode was all they needed even though I’ve never seen a return label that looked like that before. Now I was told that I have to take the address to the post office on my third trip there and tell them to make a label and this representative gave me the address it needs to go to. I wrote the address she gave me on the box along with my return address and took a third trip to the post office. I had to pay almost $13 to return a pair of $20 capris. I will never buy any clothes from them again or anything that I even think has a chance of needing returned. This was horrible.

I shopped and was hoping to use my Kohl's cash for my purchase. When the associate scanned my coupon it came up zero or no value. I expressed that I had not use it yet. A manager walked over, who was extremely rude and said, " you must have or someone in your family did." I responded and stated I have not been in to shop but had returned something. She then abruptly said, " well then it zeroed out, you should know that." I didn't know since I received it in the mail. So I am like O.K. and then right after that exchange while I am still in the middle of my transaction, she proceeds to reprimand the associate for a previous return that had some issues. It was embarrassing to the associate and uncomfortable for me. I worked in retail for over 15 yrs and this would have not unacceptable, but probably a wright up for the manager. I love Kohl's but this is happening more and more and making me less opt to shop there.

It was very hard to order on line, very confusing. A relative's address kept popping up when I tried to use my address . Eventually I was successful. As far as the store is concerned, many sizes aren't available and the clothes are a bit unorganized.

I been a customer shopping at kohls all the time and I never been so disappointed how messy everything is especially the clothes and bras area . There all on the floor and not straight. It was hard to find something . I have not seen one worker fixing it .

I wanted to write a review about my visit to Kohl's in Plymouth, MA yesterday because I had such great help from one of the store's sales people in particular, her name is Kristen. And if it were just for her, I would have given a 5 STAR review here. And the reason for the 3 STAR review instead, is that I always have such a hard time in your store, finding clothes in my size that fit well. (Very small selection to choose from) I've been looking for casual slacks, like Dockers in particular, and other brands as well, to buy at Kohl's. My size in slacks is a 40w + 30 length. I need some casual slacks to wear around the house.. casual, knock about slacks. And as a man in his seventies... not a teenager anymore, you know? Some clothes for mature men.. to be clearer. And if I were rating just about the selection in your store for me?? Somewhere around a 1 or 2 STAR rating would be realistic. And if you put more clothing in the stores for mature men, with sizes that fit them, I would shop much more frequently at Kohl's stores.. really, I would. Thank you...

So upset with Kohl's. I make a purchase using Kohl's cash I got from a previous order. Some of the items I ordered where on clearance and no longer available. The previous order was a gift and sent to CA to my grandson. I changed my address back to Oregon. They're system defaulted it back to CA. I emailed them. No response 😕. I called them and explained the situation. The only solution they gave me was to cancel the order and return my money in 30 days. Unbelievable! So that would mean I lose my Kohl's cash and the clearance items I wanted. So now I am stuck paying taxes on the items that I wouldn't have had to pay if they would have sent my order to the correct address I requested at time of purchase. Also now I have to drive 9 hours one way to get my order. It will be a long time before I place another order with Kohl's!
