My merchandise that I received via UPS WAS POORLY packaged, who ever the store clerk was should be reprimanded for sending my shoes in this torn up box. I like store my shoes neatly in the box that it comes in. They need to think about when they order something and comes back damaged.

I can't shop at Kohl's the strong perfume smell gives me a bad headache. So I order on line then I have to still come in store to pick up through the perfume smell throughout. I guess I have to stop shopping here. My health is more important.

I've gone to the Kohl's in Troy, OH 3 different times lately, each time the store looks worse than a Goodwill store, I believe you need new Merchandisers your store is over filled with clearance the racks are so full and not maintained the sizes are all mixed together. Each time I've been there I leave w/o buying anything

Visited Kohls, Easley, SC yesterday..was nicely greeted when i walked in and found two pair pants that I liked. I have a Kohls Credit card. When Chad king out, I specifically asked the cashier if there were any discounts or coupons for my purchase. The answer was “no.” I check the Kohls website afterwards, and found a $10 coupon for purchases over $25. The cashier did not tell me about this.😀Not happy..unlikely i will return

I was just at the Hingham store. My 14yr old had a gift card and coupons. She gets some things at sephora then looks at some t-shirts right across from the make up. Places the sephora bag down to hold the shirts up to herself to see how it looks. Does this with a few more shirts then walks away ....leaving the sephora bag behind. Realizing she left it, returned for it 3 min later it was gone..... Now it gets interesting.... I ask the lady that heads up security if they have cameras she says "yes, and....." I then ask if they can look at the tape to see who grabbed my little girls sephora bag "oh no, we can't do that, you have to go to Hingham police". She tells me they have NO access to security footage. My 14 year old was in tears because this was her money she was spending. They go back to school on Wednesday. I spend at least $800 in there on the kids NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN Good job loss prevention 🤣🤣🤣🤬

I ordered two dresses online trying to look for a dress for a funeral and not having time to go in person. I recieved one dress but not the other. I waited and it never came. I tried using the chat and a call and got different results but they said to give it another day. I did and tried again and even went to the store to look into it and in the end they said it was lost and it couldn't be replaced. So I asked for a refund and after several tries I was told I would receive one. Then I waited and it never came. Called and they said they would put it through. It just came it was the wrong amount - less than I paid. I contacted chat and they offered me Kohl Dollars. I said no, I want the full refund. Finally, a manager came on and claims I'll recieve a refund. I won't hold my breath but maybe it'll come through correctly this time. I've never had such a hassle. I've spent so much time trying to deal with this - it's enraging. I never want to deal with Kohls again. I'm sure this review will go nowhere...but if you are reading this beware and I would shop elsewhere.

Don't even bother calling customer service, they did nothing for helping me intercept an order for delivering after my house burnt down. Never again will I purchase anything from Kohls. I'm done
