I bought a humidifier, it was defective/faulty and didn't work properly. And when I wanted to return it, I was told I had to pay for return shipping myself for returning a defective item. I don't live near a store. I chatted with a CSR but still was told they wouldn't issue a return label. It weighs almost 7 lbs, so I'm having to pay $30 to ship it back. I learned my lesson; I'll never shop at kohls.com again. If you're buying anything electronic/mechanical/big/heavy that you might have to return, I'd recommend don't do it.

Kohl's is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered items online in Nov. I still haven't received all of my items. Worst customer service ever. I wished I would have taken the time to review all of these complaints. Terrible experience

I won’t recommend anyone to order online on Kohl’s website. Not a lot of choices and the description of the item I ordered did not match the actual item when it was delivered. When I started processing to return it, the website makes it very hard for you to find the order slip which you need to return the item. I feel like they’re goal is to annoy you so you’ll be discouraged to return any item. When I returned the item to Kohl’s, I asked a question which the manager answered coldly and once I said “okay got it” the manager just left. I wasn’t happy with her conduct and the process and therefore won’t recommend anyone to order online from Kohl’s.

For the past 6 days, attempted to buy online a gift card (electronic) and all I get is the rooming logo, this time for over 15 minutes and nothing happen! The As Us Chatroom future it seen to be disable. Terrible Customer Service!

Ordered a large, pricey Lego set online because local store was sold out at the time and had it sent to me in a bag. Never have I ever received legos from ANY vendor in anything but a box. With said box usually containing some kind of bubble wrap. Needless to say, the box arrived damaged and the tamper-proof seals were in questionable shape. Now the product is out of stock, and the listing has been removed from Kohls.com. So I either keep the smashed up box or cancel Christmas smh because you can’t get the set anymore. Thanks. Local store’s customer service was decidedly subpar when I reached out for help.

Worst processing and shipping times on the planet. Placed an order on 11/29 and it’s still being processed. Wtf?

I used to love Kohls and shop there regularly. Then their prices went WAY up and the quality tanked. I very occasionally will look for something on Kohls.com if I can't find it anywhere else. EVERY time I try to log in, there's an issue. My account gets locked and I have to repeatedly reset my password. This last time, I had to get online with the chat from another country who told me to reset my password. I told him I had several times and he told me to "keep trying." What a JOKE! I have my password saved so it wasn't wrong to begin with! I ordered a pair of shoes on November 30th. They have just now been shipped (today is December 10th). Christmas season MIGHT be an excuse but the last time I ordered something from Kohls.com it was nowhere near any holiday and it was the same thing. VERY slow to ship. There's no excuse. It is no wonder Kohls is heading for bankruptcy!

Looks like other reviewers are having similiar experiances with customer service. Worst ever. Do not shop or order anything online. You will be extremely lucky to actually receive it and it would be an actual miracle to receive it on time. But more than likely it will be lost never to be seen. I ordered an item on 11/30, was supposed to be delivered on 12/09. It is "moving thru transit" but they don't know where it is and it was not even shipped until after I contacted them the first time. After 20 years shopping at Kohls enough is enough. Bye kohls.
