Hoy fui a la tienda de Kohls a recoger una compra y no estaba en el locker entonces le dije a una persona de la tienda que me ayudara y escaneo el codigo de barras y fue a la parte de atras, se tardo como 30 min y regresa que no la encuentra, le dige que me tengo que ir que como le podemos hacer y me dijo que puedo regresar en otra ocasion y resulta que en el sistema aparece que ya fue entregado, que servicio tan pesimo, estoy totalmente decepcionada.

Absolutely the worst for delivery. Go ahead and order if you’re in no hurry for your items. In these days and times there is no reason for orders to take so long to deliver. Back to Amazon for me.

Now that I paid my account down to $250, Kohl's has increased my available credit to $3,000. Last year, I was forced to pay off this account because they're interest rate went up to over 30%. I think it's closer to 35%. I can't afford that!!! If they wanted to keep their credit card customers happy they should have decreased the percentage to 10% and encourage us to buy!!!! Even if they would have gone up on their prices would have been better, because I still would have had better control over my credit card!!! I was having trouble paying anything over my minimum balance so it never went down. They set us up for failure like all the other credit cards!!! They can keep their $3,000 of credit!!! I don't want it!! I have one more payment of $250 and I'm done!!!

Was told its the customers fault for so many orders being placed on black Friday that shipping can no longer be confirmed by Christmas time. My delivery date has changed multiple times yet my package hasn’t even been fulfilled. After speaking with customer service multiple times I will just take it up with my bank who has reliable customer service support.

I hate Kohl's order cancel process. Placed an order 3 days ago and haven't received the the tracking email promised so I need to cancel if it hasn't shipped by now and it shows I don't even have an order when I clearly have an order number. No wonder why they'll start closing stores in 2026.

Two weeks for delivery shame on you Kohl's

On December 5th I had called kohls 1-855 number and a lady answered, she spoke well but I knew she was a foreigner. 3 minutes into our call she was mid sentence when someone came up and beat her so bad 7/8 thuds and I heard her fall on the ground, she must of had a head set on, I heard her start moaning and breathing wrong, then after like 4 moans she started snoring. I instantly knew by what I heard that the lady who took my call was beaten and dying. I called every number under the sun for Kohls the moment someone hung the phone up on her end. I knew she needed 911 or whatever the protocol would be if an employee was in dire trouble….not 1 person understood what I heard for 7 minutes, no 1 could tell me who I was connected too. I cried all night! The lady was in mid sentence then something awful and horrifying happened. Also how does a snoring person hang up a phone? I was able to record 2 of her snores then was hung up on. I left a voicemail to someone in Wisconsin at a Kohls headquarters and today that man proceeded to lie to me at every turn. Saying she’s fine, she’s at work today. So I asked him ok what happened with the lady and it needs to make sense with all that I heard and he did not answer me! pure awful how I know that man was evading my every question. I will be scarred forever as 100% of me knows my voice was the last voice that employee of Kohls in THE COUNTRY EL SALVADORE HEARD….the man said the lady is fine(lie) BUT what about me!!!! I can’t unhear it………….awful
