So sad to see the store in such disarray! the layout is as sad looking as all the Marshall's stores :( it's looking more like an outlet store. Dissapointing I will not shop there anymore (Burbank, IL. location).

Do not waste your time going to Kohl's. They store does a lot of False Advertisement. Twice (2 days in a row) I went to the store on the Family and Friends advertisement (20%), and one of the days I went during Veteran's discount at Palm Coast, Fl (15%) and both days I was denied because according to them there are certain items at the store that the discounts do not apply too, but there is nothing that indicates it at any of the electronic price indicators. I have been a loyal costumer for over 20 years and got my wife to have an account. But last night I canceled my account and credit card. Adios, hasta la vista Kohl's. I told my wife she can decide what to do next, but as far as me. I am telling you the cash back is also a scam...

I ordered my packages on the 3rd of this month still no packages still sitting at a post office God knows where this is so sad customer service is so not professional at all all the noise in the back ground making me think they scamming and reading the reviews here is scary!

I generally have had good experiences with Kohl’s online but not anymore! Shipping delayed 2 weeks past the estimated arrival date and no way to cancel until it arrives. Customer service is a joke. Off my online shopping list.

I just want to give a Great Review for Kohl's " Quality /, price :) Customer Service !!! Everything is top-notch! They remind me a lot of Carson Perry Scott, which is sad 😔 because we don't have them anymore. Kohls is by far my favorite store. I just bought a hot plate a Cuisinart sandwich maker and a little fry daddy ....always buy from Kohl's it is top-notch always have the styles and products. You will love ❤️

Kohl's uses USPS for some shipping. It takes way too long to receive a package. I understand it may be cheaper but it is bad experience for a customer.

I had made a purchase on December the 2nd. Called customer service which just informed us that what we had already ordered just now became an out of stock item. So in short, our order has been setting waiting for Kohl’s to turn it over to USPS to find out that they were never going to send an email or call with hopes that we could get the Christmas items that were out of stock replaced with in stock items in time to give as gifts. The management has the top dollar ahead of customer satisfaction and will seriously have to think hard whether or not I will purchase from Kohl’s again. Thank you Kohl’s for showing us where we stand.
