Kohl's is a corrupt store. My mom bought two fit bits she took one back with a receipt a week after buying it due to my dad and the kind of work he does. My mom loved hers until it quite working with her phone. She couldn't find the receipt when she went to take hers back. They processed the return and asked her if a check would work. She only had hers for a month btw. They told her she would receive a check in 6 days. When she didn't receive anything she called the main office they told her there was a issue at the store. She went to the store they told her she would have to call main office when she called back they said she was flagged in the system as a shoplifter. My mom has never shoplifted so she found her receipt whent back to store they said there was a mix up with a nother person. She then received the check then days later a letter saying she owed $150.00 for shoplifting a speaker. They are sending threatening letters so it looks like she has to get a lawyer.

I purchased a 12 volt Beachcomber ride on toy for my 4 year old's birthday. I received the item after 7 business days. It took nearly 1.5 hours to assemble the toy. The toy worked properly for about 30 minutes before the accelerator button on the toy malfunctioned. I called Kohls customer service, and I was told to disassemble the item and schedule a pickup or return it to my nearest Kohls. I chose to return it to Kohls due to the amount of time (likely 2 weeks or more) it would take to receive another toy. I returned the item from Kohls expecting a discount on my order, but not only did I not get a discount, Kohl's took the Kohl's cash that I received for the order and subtracted it from my refund! So I'm inconvenienced to have to find my son another gift at the last minute and return this defective item 18 miles one way to Kohls without any compensation or goodwill gesture for my trouble! Kohl's will not receive any more of my business and I've shredded my Kohl's charge card! Amazon and Walmart.com have always treated me fairly in similar situations, so I'm going to stick with them!

I shopped at a Kohls in Arleta, CA. They only had 1 register open for a line of 12 customers and didn't care.

I have always loved this store. Last year I was honored to have worked there. My co-workers were great and most of the managers were too.

I used to love to go to Kohl's. I would shop all the time for clothes for myself and my family. I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of their clothing. I have had several clothes that have been worn once and a button pops off or the zipper breaks. My son is rough on his clothes, but clothing should not be ruined in one to two times being worn. I am not sure what they have done, but I will no longer shop at Kohl's.

I just left the store and was told by the associate to call Kohls to add the $200 purchase I had made to my rewards account within 24 hours( as I had forgot to give the lady my #). I called and was redirected three times... the lady told me I had to call at exactly 48 hours to apply rewards. Isn't this a little ridiculous since I just left the store? They all need to get on the same page. I have loved Kohls for years... Money and time will be invested elsewhere.

I recieved a "credit card" through my husband's card. When it came to acivating the card, I was unable to do so as the card was strictly based on his ability to pay the bill. He would have to approve my having a use from the card. He doesn't even go shopping unless I drag him! Well, apparently they don't understand that I PAY THE BILLS in our household as required by military service. Imagine how late the bill would get paid while my husband is on deployment! I expected to have the card with my name on it to be based on my credit rating, not his. This was not explained to me and I cut up the card and delivered it to customer service. Haven't been back to the store since.

Year after year I take my kids back to Kohls to find the best deals on the looks my kids want... because you know from year to year it changes quite a bit!
