I ordered something online and it was delivered to the wrong address as evidenced by the picture provided by UPS. Kohls told me to file a police report or report it to the credit card company. Apparently, the picture of my parcel in some random corner is proof it was delivered to the correct address. This is also a UPS problem. Great business structure so no one is responsible. I will never buy anything online from Kohls again.

I ordered several items last week......to be delivered to my home since I just had heart surgery. Got an email from Kohl's this morning stating that one item is at the store for pick-up only. I did not designate any of my items to go directly to the store! Everyone I spoke with was from another country and difficult to understand. Kohl's ..........your days are limited and your Customer Service (once you finally figure out how to get to a real person) stinks!

HERRRIBLE!!! Giving 1 week for Kohls cash redeeming. If I could give them a 0, I would. Taking my business to Jcpenney. Good Bye! and I will tell others as well.

What measures do or would you take for your managers who harass their former (and even existing) employees?

I bought a step 2 roller coaster toy for my son's birthday. 2 days later it went on sale for $100 cheaper. Contacted Kohl's for their price match, was told no problem. Waited the 7-10 days only to be told it's no longer on sale so they won't honor it. Submitted all sorts of documentation proving my case by was basically told to pound sand even though they admitted I could've just return the item and bought it at sale price (what is the difference???). Me, my family, nor anyone I can warn will ever buy from Kohl's again since they are liars who won't honor their own policies.

My 12 year old son needed jeans for school. We went to the MENS changing room where 4 women were working in the changing area! My son was extremely uncomfortable! Do you allow MEN to work in the women's changing room?

I would give Kohls a 0 star. They just stopped re issuing the Kohl’s cash to honor expired ones. I lost quite a bit of money and the customer service was useless and didn’t want to do anything to honor this. Not even a coupon code. Useless and I am not buying from this uselsss store any more.

I ordered 6 towels may 26th for the towel sale, $26 total. I only received 2 towels and never received the other 4. When I called they said they were out of stock but would refund me for my full order (because who wants 2 towels that don’t match the rest?) had to call again today to be told I will still be charged for those 2 towels AND the shipping and there is nothing I can do about it. After 45 minutes on the phone they gave me $10 kohls cash. To say this has been disappointing is an understatement.
