I have mostly had very positive experiences getting great items at good to great prices with the Kohls cash. The Amazon returns area is the opposite. Be sure to know about Amazon returns process and have the code ready otherwise you may experience rude judgment! I have been treated poorly twice for not knowing the process. (experiences are years apart). This applies to Amazon returns at Kohls in Valencia, CA.

I think they want to go out of business. They treat their customers like trash. They must not pay their employees well either because they hire people who do not care at all about helping anyone. I hope they stop taking up space in the world soon.

Watch your Statements from Capital One for Khol's. This is the second time that I have made a payment in store. The first time the Khol's representative said that my balance $82.50 when my Statement balance was $75.00. No further purchases were made. I pay my statement in full. Yesterday making a payment I told the representative that I wanted to pay in full. He replied your balance due was $395.95 statement balance $359.94. Again, I pay in full in store due to the warning of allowing seven business days for delivery. I don't trust the mail or Capital One. Guess what they tack on a nice 10% to the balance when paying in store per the information that Khol's representative sees on the screen. So, my issue is that If I were by chance to have to have someone else make my payments due to health, etc. The balance according to the representative would be $36 more than my statement. Shady practices at best. I will make my purchases else where.

I placed an order and after 10 days requested a refund. I was told to wait another six days. After no update to tracking or any delivery, I reached back out on the day I was told to. I was then told to wait yet another day. Never received decent help. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Hate their buy 1 get 1 50% off sales. They never have 2 of what I want, they usually only have 1 and they won't give me a discount. Rip off

Placed an order for $300 for my daughter’s housewarming gift it was delivered to the wrong address even provided pictures of her front porch that clearly didn’t match and they refuse to do anything to resolve the issue I have spent thousands of dollars here & so have my family but I have told everyone to not shop here anymore their customer service is horrible

This use to be my place to shop for it all. I have had many different experiences with Kohls over the years but they were always pretty customer savvy at first. I became disabled over the course of my shopping experiences, so sometimes I couldn't get there to use my kohls cash within the 7 days I was given to use it. A couple times I had to take it in a day or 2 late and they would accommodate me. Being unable to drive myself, and counting on rides there, it is sometimes difficult to get back in 7 days. Plus my computer was down and being on a fixed income (soc.security my only means of income) I couldnt replace my computer at the time. Anyway I called Kohls customer service 2 days after my Kohls cash expired to ask if they could fix it for me to use it since that day I had a ride there. They said they no longer do that and it was a curtesy that they even did it that long. I asked them when this stopped being a curtesy. She said we stopped it in May. It would have been good Customer service to put that out there to let us know that after May 2025 they were no longer going to accept kohls cash after the expiration date! No she said it was a curtesy only we owe you nothing. Wow!!!! Just bam, after years of doing it with 10 days extra to use it I cant even get them to help me with only 2 days past the expiration. I had a real problem with this because I was a pretty loyal customer, defending anything anyone said bad about Kohls I always stuck up for my favorite place to shop. If you had my records from the time you opened your store till now, you could see how many times I lost my kohls cash when I wasn't on disability. I never once asked for it back. NEVER! So I have decided to listen to the people who have a problem with Kohls and stop shopping there. This was a good situation to show Customer appreciation, but they didn't. The new CEO probably canceled that out. So Good Luck Kohls.I hope you will think about my situation and know that sometimes we customers aren't trying to get over on you, we just need a little understanding.
