While my initial experience wasn't ideal, I really appreciate the effort from the personnel who helped resolve the issue. They were professional and quick to find a solution, which turned things around. I’m grateful for their assistance and will consider giving them another chance in the future.

Quality of clothes is terrible now. After a short time they pill and shrink. They are worthless total waste of money.

Do better on shipping Kohl’s. In a world of Amazon and other fast shipping this is taking forever! I ordered 6 things (5 Sephora makeup/hair products and 1 Nike lunch bag for my kid). It was supposed to arrive today (Friday). The UPS shipment is now rescheduled for Monday! Unreal! Bye Kohl’s.

Kohls decided to switch to Capital one with no notification to the customers. It has been a complete nightmare since! Not to mention the stores are always trashed and if you go to sephora you'll be harassed for looking at items to purchase. I cannot wait to close the account and never shop there again because this has completely ruined my trust in the company and my relationship with them as well.

Returned some items today and while the clerk was soft spoken and nice, after she did the first return she handed me the paperwork. I saw a stapler and reached to next register(vacant) to staple the pages. Clerk got visibly upset and took the stapler away- even though I layed it on the counter to use with the other return paperwork. Clerk could have said, "oh, I'm sorry- did you want these stapled separately" or anything akin to this. But, nope. Clerk needs some customer service training. Yet another reason I don't shop Kohls as much as I used to.

I wish I could give a 0 star. This has been the worst online shopping experience! Ordered on July 30; now August 8. It is impossible to get info from a website designed to not engage with customers. I checked the box to share this review with Kohl’s but do not expect a response. I will NEVER again buy from Kohl’s—online OR in-store!

I am very sorry that I ever ordered from Kohls.com. The carrier they chose (UPS) decided to not deliver to me and to return to sender but Kohl's is refusing to refund and Their customer service agent (11am-ish central time 8/6/25), I was on with them for over 20 minutes and it took forever to get connected) refused to help and refused to get me a supervisor and was also extremely rude and sarcastic, which I could tell even through a think accent I couldn't understand. I was told I had to dispute with PayPal.

I placed an order and it said a label was printed 7/26. It was never picked up by UPS. It is now 8/04. I contacted customer service and they will not contact the store to find the package nor will they issue me a refund. I have to wait 2 days after delivery date which was Friday. Tomorrow will be the second business day but since the item hasn't even been picked up there's no way I'll receive it tomorrow. They will not issue me a refund. I have to contact them on August 6th. They are not helpful at all.
