Bad customer service and don't know what is going on.
Someone hacked my account and placed an order. Talked with customer service, said they would stop the shipment. Never did. Talked with someone else, said they couldn't because it shipped before I called. Which is a lie. Tracking shows it went out at 9pm. Then I was told they were going to intercept the shipment. They didnt. It was still delivered. They refuse to refund me for something I didn't order and tried to stop. Everyone I have talked to tells me something different and nothing is being done. I have a charge for something I did not order and someone has something for free. Watch this company.

I had the best experence at Kohl's today !
I went into Kohl's with my daughter who hates to shop. She needed a new outfit for a family gathering and I needed a new sweater. We started our search and walked around the store looking for what her and I would like. My daughter found of outfit and even a pair of shoes within 15 minutes. I on the other hand kept looking for the perfect sweater, I must looked on every rack (or so I thought), I happened to ask a sales associate (Christina) if she could help me find a long black sweater that was lightweight with no fringe on the bottom. Christina helped me find the perfect sweater. She didn't stop looking with me until I found it, all with a smile on her face. Thank you Kohl's for hiring such caring, experienced and helpful associates.

They need to get their Kohl's Cash program in order!
I am so sick of going through the effort of altering my total order amount such that I am able to qualify for the next level of Kohls Cash only to get an email from Kohls 24 hours later saying some trivial item on my order was cancelled, thereby dropping me to the next lower level of Kohl's cash. For example, two days ago I had an order that came in for $155 which qualified me for $30 in Kohls cash. The next morning they email me my $30 Kohls cash voucher. Then 24 hours after the order was placed they send me a notice that a $7 item is unavailable and my order has been modified. Now the grand total is $148 so them dropping my $7 item cost me $10!!! It sure feels like a scam! I called customer service explaining the problem and saying that I will accept another color of the $7 item but they say they can't help. This is the second time in only a few Kohls.com orders where this has happened and I have to say, I've ordered hundreds if not thousands of times from Amazon.com over the past decade and have only experienced one single time where an item was cancelled after the order was accepted. So Kohls really needs to get their act together. Now they are going to pay to ship me these items, which I am simply going to return to their store. They lose money and I'm not happy either. Dumb.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me and this is the second time you've done this. I'm not coming back.

Done with Kohls
Absolutely done with this place; online and in store. Apparently it's too hard to keep ANY pants in stock for any human males over 6' tall and less than 300 lbs. They took away ANY in store options for me to try on in person, then when I try to order online, THREE TIMES I've completed the order only to get an email 5 days later that it's been cancelled due to none in stock....Not sure why the website shows in stock when I order, but magically out of stock 5 days later when I'm expecting the pants. Absolutely done going to Kohls for ANYTHING, and my family used to go at least once a month. Apparently if you're not a middle-aged Mom and a hipster teenager, Kohls doesn't care about you.
Goodbye and good riddance, going to find a store that cares about ALL of their customers.

I love Kohls.com
Kohls.com is a great company. Online ordering is easy and with coupons and promo codes, prices can be super reasonable! Don't get hung up on their "regular" price; be an informed shopper and decide if the merchandise minus the discounts is a good buy. I have placed 3 orders in the last 2 months. Everything came when expected!
Kohl's cash is nice, but can be a pain if you need to return any items purchased with it.

Horrible customer service
Called twice to inquire about a large payment increase on my Kohls card. I was greeted with rude, disrespectful, unprofessional CSR's who had no interest in helping, but managed to talk down to me and ask "What would you like me to do about it?" I will be paying my card off and will never return to another Kohls store. Ive had a card for a long time and never had an issue until now but their extremely low level of customer service is disgusting.

Horrible experiences with kohls.com
Kohls.com has no concept of how to properly do online mail order. I have had nothing but negative experiences with them recently on several orders, two quite large, I placed recently. They really should shut down their ordering business until/unless they learn how to handle ordering appropriately, following companies like Amazon, for example.
Among the problems I had most recently is one where two items out of a fairly sizable order (around 20 different items) were not shipped. The enclosed invoices in two of the partial orders—the 20 items were shipped in 6-8 separate mailings for some reason (suggesting to me that perhaps they ship from their multiple stores around the country, not a central warehouse)—showed bills for two items I had not ordered and in fact did not receive.
On the later, when I called, at least kohls.com confirmed I was only billed the full amount for what I ordered, not for what the enclosed invoices showed, items that were not shipped. Why on earth does Kohl’s do that in the first place? They really need to clean up their shipping invoices.
However—and more importantly—I did not receive two items I DID order. And two items that I WAS charged $50+ for, as my credit card statement clearly showed.
So I called kohls.com and asked them to ship the two missing items. They said they could issue me in-store credit (I live several hours from the nearest store) or if I wanted the missing items shipped, I would have to pay for them (I already had paid for them!) and pay the $8.95 shipping. That is beyond bizarre—I already paid for them but to receive them I have to pay for them twice? That obviously makes no sense and surely is illegal as well, so I asked to talk to a supervisor who told me the same thing.
I tried contacting support online and also got the same ridiculous responses.
Note clearly the items were in-stock or several representatives, including supervisors, would not have said they could ship them to me if I’d pay for them again.
In the meantime, I had gotten a mailed “thank you” card signed, supposedly, by the president and CEO of Kohls, Kevin Mandell. The card says, “Customers like you are the reason we work so hard to deliver the great shopping experience, products and value that you deserve.”
HUH? What “great shopping experience… that [I] deserve”? Ripping me off on two items, expecting me to pay for them twice?
So I searched online and found the email address for Mr. Mandell and sent him an email. The same day I got a reply from Joni, identified as “ACE Sr. Executive Correspondence Advisor, Office of the President.” After several rounds of email and phone tag with her, she again asked for my name, email address, and phone #—all three of which I had given her earlier—and said she’d process a refund for me.
She too claimed she cannot have the items shipped to me—the items I have been billed for! I replied to her that she certainly can. She can place the order herself, charge it to the CEO’s credit card if need be, and send me the missing $50 items. I have not had a response from her on that yet.
Of course any company that understands mail order, whether amazon.com or any of many, many others I frequently order online from, would have instantly sent me the two missing items with an apology. Not Kohl’s, however.
Well, at this point Joni has refunded a whopping $12+ to my credit card and given me $15+ in ridiculous Kohl’s Cash—when I had paid by credit card for more than the $50+ owed to me for the missing items. So $27 out of the $50—shorting me still $23 if one includes the Kohl’s Cash, shorting me $38 if I exclude that (which of course can only be used on their products and only for a very limited time period, and if I can’t get to the distant closest store, I have to pay more than half of that amount again for shipping—another $8.95).
That obviously is not acceptable. I have not heard back from her after I told her again to send me the missing items, but I believe she’s been out of the office for a couple days. I’ll update this review IF anything improves with kohls.com, but with the horrible experience so far even from the Office of the President, I am not holding my breath.
In my experience, kohls.com is a total disaster, including up to the top of the organization. I will be avoiding them and warn others to be prepared if you try doing business with them.
Update:
Besides other very questionable (at best) practices, Kohl's apparently prices items very arbitrarily, trying to see if they can lure in gullible consumers, perhaps. Specifically, I ordered a $12.60 set of earrings, on sale from a regular price (they claimed) of $15.75. And a $27 ring on sale from a regular price of $35. Neither item was shipped to me although my credit card was charged the entire amount. I called customer report, talked to several supervisors there, and even contacted the Office of the President. All said they could not refund the cash I paid (just give me most of the refund in their Kohl's Cash which is worthless to me, several hours from any of their stores and their minimum shipping charge is $8.95). They said I had to reorder the items. I went online and found the "regular priced" $15.75 earrings are now listed as $45 and the "regular priced" $35 ring shows as $100! Almost a four-fold increase from the sale price to the current price, and roughly a three-fold increase from the supposed very recent "regular price" to the "regular price" this week. Something doesn't smell right. Are Kohl's business practices legal? I certainly don't find them ethical.

Did you know that Kohls changed their return policy to only 30 days on 1/1/17?
I bought. Christmas gictz about six weeks before Christmas, and not one salesperson mentioned this to me, and my receipts did not reflect this upcoming change in policy. I found out several weeks ago when I tried to take some purchases back. As you can tell, I'm still upset about it. Kohls wouldn't even give me store credit. They have now lost a lifetime monthly customer. I will choose a store with the standard 90 day return policy. No wonder Kohls is doing so poorly in the market and closing so many stores.
