Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

Bought a Winter jacket on January 9/2017 and received it today 1/13/2017 and tried it on and I love it!! I purchased 2 other jackets that were wrong size and than wasn't the same jacket but each time I took it back to Kohl's they were very nice and professional. I totally would buy from them again.

I bought a KitchenAid mixer because they had rebate and KohlCash which would bring to price slightly lower than Amazon. So far so good. Problem 1. - the rebate is fake. I sent it on time and got response that the postmark date was not legible. It was machine printed postmark at the PO! Of course, they didn't send me a picture of it because it was as legible as legible can be. Problem 2. - The KohlCash is nothing like cash. It is a coupon that was set to expire two weeks after the purchase. It can only be applied to non-discounted items price. So if you are going to buy st that was $100 with 40% discount and have $50 KohlCash, they subtract it from the $100 and apply the 40% on the remaining $50. So, technically, making your coupon worth 40% less. This was my first time buying something at Kohl and it is also the last one.

Items were defective but I still had to pay to return. The instructions to return was difficult as well. I was promised an exchange but the exchange was for the same item, which inherently had defects. Also, after I bought the items I realized their products are overpriced, sometimes more than double. Just not a good idea to buy at Kohls.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They barely speak English to start. Took 50 minutes on the phone to order one item. Never got order over email or kohls cash. Called back twice giving my email. Third time a rep finally realized the email was put in wrong. She said I couldnt get it sent to the correct email now but if I ordered again and went through the nighttime over they would honor the kohls cash. Obviously I have no intention on ever ordering from them again.

I received a robe for Christmas that simply was not my style. I decided to make use of the gift receipt and return it. When I went to the counter, they informed me it had gone on clearance and I could get $10 for it; I looked at the screen to see the original price was $50. It currently still sells on the website for $21.99. Very disappointing.

I am so disappointed with kohls.com. Customer representive doesn't know what she is talking about . I ordered bed online and i received bed with half of the things missing. I called kohls.com she told me even though I bought bed from kohls.com kohls is not responsible for the damaged product . Because it gets directly shipped from vendors . So In her worlds I have to call Malaysia for the broken parts . And I told her to send me another bed . She told me I have to pay $20 surcharge again because it's not her or kohls problem as it is being shipped directly from vendors . I have spend more that $1000 just in a week at kohls and I am very disappointed that I don't think so I'll buy anything from there anymore . I m going to return my ring as well . As a consumer I was treated really bad. Over all , I'm stuck with this bed so please other consumer who are buying product from kohls please be careful .

I ordered 3 items, 2 came in a week while the other item came 25 days later. Called customer service, mail carrier as well as emailed customer support for kohl's. Awful service, no follow up whatsoever. Emails are repetitive and even called me a different name, so pathetic. Didn't bother to call to check if I received my item yet. Will NEVER shop at Kohls ever again, not even at the store.

Kohls account customers should watch their accounts very closely. My Kohls account has been hacked. I had been checking a couple times a day to see if my last Christmas order had shipped. I checked at 6 a.m. on December 22 and saw that 2 additional orders had been placed that morning at 4 a.m. and the shipping address was in California, I live in Iowa. They were not my orders so I called Kohls immediately to report the issue. I was told the orders would be cancelled and would not be shipped. Unfortunately the orders not only shipped to California but they are showing on my Kohls credit account. I have received two letters stating that the company is researching the orders and "if" they determine that the order was not placed by me they will remove the charges and interest from my account. This seems so wrong. The Kohls shopping site is apparently not that safe. Kohls has been one of my favorite stores for many years but this experience will make me think twice before I shop with them and definitely I am not shopping on their website again or using a Kohls credit account.
