Wide selection but if you are in a wheelchair forget it. They crowd so many racks and shelves together that it is not possible to get between them. I complained several years ago and they seemed interested, but not enough to get me to come back. Today I did return, and if anything it was worse.

I just had a very bad experience with Kohl's online customer service toll free number. I called yesterday 06/09/2017 to request a price adjustment. I purchased a Fitbit at $149.99 that within a few days is now on sale for $129.99. Since it's within 14 days I called to request a price adjustment and James the call center supervisor refused to provide me with the price adjustment. He said my only option would be to drive to the store, return the original purchase and rebuy at the sale price. How hard is it to just provide the price adjustment instead of making me run around. Defeats the purpose of convenient online shopping. I asked him to please escalate my issue and he said he would forward it for escalation but would more than likely not get a return call because the outcome would remain the same. I asked to speak to someone above him and he said there is no one above him. I asked for a corporate email and he said he was not allowed to provide that information. When I asked why not he said I could look up the email myself online but that he could not provide it. Very disappointed. I normally order everything thru Amazon and this time I decided to order thru Kohls and I really regret that decision.

Was at the Norridge IL store Found a pair of shoe I liked but one of them was on display and needed to be open went up to the counter and asked for help This woman paged someone to come and open it 3 times and nobody showed up for 20 minutes Not only all the shoes were a big mess and it was hard to find a pair of shoes that would have a right and a left in the same size It was pretty annoying that nobody cares to come and help

Kohl's Is a great place to shop. Customer service is wonderful.

Horrible customer service I have never seen in my life. They are thief they don't keep their word. Bad customer service ever. I'm closing my account. A customer service who can't tell u enough information on what is happening in the payments system what a hell are they doing?

Kohl’s should be ashamed! Don’t use their credit cards! Kohl’s likes to repeat repeat “We appreciate the opportunity to assist you”. Really? I don’t think so! In my opinion Kohl’s will destroy your credit and rip you off with an astronomical fee. In three months after Kohl’s sending the bill to the wrong address, Kohl’s forced my credit rating to drop MORE than 120 POINTS and gouged me with a fee of over 330%. THREE HUNDRED THIRTY PERCENT? Can you believe that? In just three months. Kohl’s says it’s all legal. Do you really want to do business with a company like that? Kohl’s says that they appreciate the opportunity to assist you. I would like very much for this bully of a company to repair my credit and refund my over payment for using a Kohl’s credit card and for being a customer. Kohl’s has just asked me for a PM and incident number from their brutal treatment of one of their customers. I have no idea what they are asking me for. I would like to point out again that my bill with Kohl’s is paid in full. Kohl’s never gave me the courtesy of offering me any assistance or any PM or I# when kohl’s sent bills to a wrong address. I ordered a $100 gift certificate yesterday for a friend's birthday. Both of us have Hispanic surnames. Although I received acknowledgements from both Kohl's and Visa that the order went through (hence no problem with the credit card information), I later received an email from Kohl's that the order had been canceled, coupled with a request that I call a toll-free number. I called just now and, after a six minute delay, was told that the company routinely cancels online orders to verify that the credit card information was not stolen. I asked whether this happened to all customers or only those with Hispanic surnames. I then canceled the order and did a Google search to see if Kohl's does indeed routinely cancel online orders in this manner, and found nothing to substantiate the allegation made by the customer service representative. My credit rating is over 800, and I had at least $13,000 credit available on my Visa account. (I pay the card in full every month.) I am furious with Kohl's, and am extremely happy that, after my divorce, I kept my ex's surname. Had I not, I might never have learned of this discriminatory practice.
