I signed up for a Kohls Charge account about 2-3 years ago I made ONE purchase and paid it off within a year. I then began receiving calls and emails that my account is past due. I called and they said I owed almost $100 for something purchased in store. I said I haven't bought anything and the woman on the phone accused me of lying and said to pay or they'll send me to collections. In order to save my credit score, I paid it. I was told that my account was clear and I owed $0.00. This same thing happened again but it wasnt for a purchase, They said I owed $20 because a payment didn't go through the first time. I paid it and received confirmation that my account was now cancelled. I just got off the phone with them saying that the put all the late fees removed from my account back onto my account and I now owe $52. I have been back and forth with Kohls and spent more money than I ever even spent shopping with Kohls. The customer service is horrible and they charge for ANYTHING and they don't notify you until your account is past due. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A KOHL'S CREDIT CARD. It will your biggest mistake and ruin your credit.

I love shopping online at Kohls.com. There are so many more items available online than there are in the stores. The other night, I needed to return three tops that did not fit correctly. The arm holes were way too big. I was given a credit merchandise card. When I got home, I scratched off the pin number. Well, to my surprise, there was no pin number on the card. I phoned customer service and was able to give my order by phone and the credit was applied to my order. The customer service representative was very kind and understanding. These things always seem to happen to me. I am very happy that I did not lose my $17.57 credit. They actually rounded up the credit to $18.00. I was also given back my $15.00 in Yes To You Rewards for my order. I am very thankful that I was able to resolve this issue without any problems. I would highly recommend shopping at Kohl's or Kohls.com. I always wait until there is a sale and a coupon, which adds more to my savings. Enjoy shopping. Take care:)

During the online order process they didn't update my shipping address, but only updated my billing address, apparently so they can charge my CC. As result, the package is sent to my old address which is in different city. I noticed it accidentally two days after the order. Tried to contact customer support over the chat and phone - no luck with resolving this. One of the representatives just ended the chat session on his own, so I cannot rate him. The other one was pollute, but not helpful.

I make a complain with the manager name ''Charles" and he was dismissed and sound like he just don't care when I was expressing my frustration. Words shopping experience.

I put in an order on 18 March - I received someone else's order - called and they had me send back with UPS. They assured me that I would get my order - after several emails and phone calls - they sent me an email saying I should "rate my purchases" - I NEVER GOT THEM. Now they say they credited my card but I would have to reorder the items for a vacation next week and they couldn't guarantee delivery. Don't go there!

Kohls tells you they shipped and when the items do not arrive they blame the carrier, then ship the items. Do not trust any items to arrive on time. Ground shipping to them means ship after customer complains and too bad for the customer if that is late.

This has to be the worst customer service and company overall. I ordered a pair of boots online, and received my order on time. However, they were the wrong color AND size boots. Completely unacceptable. I started a chat online, and they were no help at all. I also called the customer service number, and again, no help. Instead of helping me with my order, they were more concerned with the shoes that I DID NOT ORDER. They told me to return the shoes at the nearest store, and order the boots, myself, again. Worst company. They lost a customer.
