I will not shop at Kohl's any longer. I just spent over $200 and was told there are no more Kohl's bucks given, I couldn't find anything I wanted to buy and haven't been able to find anything the past several times I've visited, but my grandchildren found clothes tonight. However, my 30% off discount didn't apply to Nike and that was all my grandson picked out. He was very disappointed when I told him to put back a few things he'd picked out. If it was just me, I would have put back every piece of clothing I picked out. I won't be back! Bealls and Bealls Outlet will get my business.

You cant have a hundred freaking shirts under a sign and then tell me it was just a mistake. Thats messed up

Had 2 extremely rude and impatient ladies today, despite spending almost $800 just today. They could use some brush up on customer service training. If there was a half star rating, I would give them that.

Worst experience ever. They messed my order up 4 times!! Cannot seem to credit me. A girl even lied and gave me a fake reference number. I have had to take things back to the store 3 times. I asked to speak to supervisor and I just keep getting put on hold. I am deleting my account and will have nothing to do with kohls ever again.

I ordered a tie on July 8 to pick up in the store the next day. My card was immediately charged for the tie. The next day I got an email saying the tie was no longer available and my card had not been charged. Not only was I charged, but now it's July 11 and I still have not been credited for this purchase. Never again will I purchase from Kohls.

This company is poor costumer service. I have been waiting over a week for a letter to remove a late payment from my credit report. I followed all procedures given to me by a costumer service representative and iam still waiting to receive a return letter stating this was taken care of. And been calling everyday and getting run around to the point of now iam going to call the corporate office because iam so aggravated that they are holding me up from buying my first home.

I purchased a necklace a week ago as a gift from Kohl's and the chain snapped in two the first time it was worn. Took it back to my local store, and of course, they were out of stock on that item. It was a necklace that my daughter received as a gift and she really liked it. Finding something to replace it now means a trek to the local Jared's or one of the mall jewelry stores for sure. I asked the associate if we could just exchange the broken chain for one from another display and was told absolutely not - it was against policy. She did call another store but they were also out of stock. The associate was polite but did not seem to be willing to step outside the box to fix my problem. I made it clear that I didn't want to exchange for another piece of jewelry in that price range because my daughter liked the piece I had selected. Frankly, it seemed unreasonable to me that Kohl's would rather refund my money than exchange the chain with one similar from one among the numerous other display items. What could have been a simple fix to keep a customer happy just wasn't happening today, so sadly this has left a bad taste and Kohl's will no longer be my "go-to" when gift shopping.

I shop online for convenience reasons. I buy the occasional interesting clothing piece at local boutiques and Goodwill but for everyday clothing purchases I use Zappos, Amazon & Nordstrom most frequently. I always receive things quickly with free no-hassle returns. Not so Kohls. They sent me a pair of pants in a different color than what was ordered and I requested a free return. Sent an email - no reply. Called Customer Service and it was suggested I return the item to a store in person. When I declined that option, they persisted, asking, well how far is the store from you? Then they said I could have USPS or UPS pick it up at my house. NO. JUST SEND ME A PRE-PAID LABEL like other online retailers do! I gave up and went on Live Chat. I had to confirm all my contact info before even getting started, and we got nowhere. Insincere concern and reassurance that he would help me. I was left hanging for so long, I signed off. No wonder so many of these brick and mortar retailers are going under!
