DO NOT ORDER FROM KOHLS.COM. They are extremely unprofessional. I placed an order on 12/26, and reported the package as 'lost' on 1/15/18. They did not process my refund until 2/3/18, even though my refund was confirmed as processed via email on 1/30/18, TWO WEEKS after I initally called. They said it would take 7 days for the return to process, it has now been 9. When I called to speak to a supervisor, I waited on hold for 45 minutes, and when I called back an extremely rude supervisor hung up on me. I will never shop at Kohl's again.

Bad Customer Service if you have a problem. I received the wrong item and was told to donate it as I live an hour from the store. I was told I would receive a credit in the mail. A month later no credit and I called and they do not have a record of that conversation. They told me to return the item that was donated. I have been a Kohl's MVC card holder for 20+ years. Time to shop somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. I advised them that a package they sent me got lost in transit. They said they will take care of it and issue me a refund. After sending them numerous emails and not getting a refund TWENTY-FIVE DAYS following my first email, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. I was sure Kohl's would do a much better job, but...

Their customer service line is the worst. They have been "processing my refund" for over a week for a package that was lost. I have not received my kohls cash back, and they said I can't have a free shipping code that I used for the order that was lost. I've called twice and been on the line for a total of 50 minutes, and accomplished nothing. I've never experienced anything like this before. Ever.

I would give Kohls a zero if it were an option! The words above i the rating box sum it all up perfectly, "unacceptable experience, unreasonable and RUDE conduct!

Worse online service I experienced. Website is very unresponsive and not reliable. Customer service is also so bad.

Self - Verified Buyer. I tried to exchange a defective electronic product, that I purchased at a discount over Christmas season, for a non-defective product, and they asked me to return it for my money back ($60) and asked me to go online and purchase it again for the undiscounted price of $150. That is 2.5 times what I originally purchased it for when it was THERE store product that was defective.

The only reason I'm giving one star is that there is no option for no stars. I have had the worst experience with kohls wedding registry. First I was told I had to order my items through the kiosk in the store. when the kiosk didn't work I was directed across the store to the other kiosk. well that wouldn't apply the coupon, so the associate said she had a "device" she could place the order on(an ipad). I could have done that on my phone. she placed the order--after an hour but could not remove it from the registry. I was advised to call customer service--long story short after an hour and being told that only the "owner of the registry" could do that(so apparently the bride to be should go in and remove gifts as they're purchased). I spent over an hour on the phone with the representative and the supervisor and finally cancelled the order. I then placed the order on my phone. and they shipped it to the bride. just spent another 45 minutes--with the suggestion to have someone "intercept" the package. well that's fine--I should have someone drive 15 hours to another state to bring me the package. worst customer service ever. and now I have to get another gift. this is ridiculous. If kohls cant do registries properly they shouldn't do them at all.
