I ordered a jacket from Kohls online and I never got it! No one can find it! I will never order anything from them again nor will I shop in any of their stores!

The worst store to buy anything! Ironically I used to love them but recently they changed everything and the customer service it’s a joke don’t waste your time ! The quality of products it’s deplorable the same items I got a couple years ago or same brand name now it’s different ! Bad bad quality and fit , bad customer service and lies of refunds ! It’s another store that needs to close and stop ripping people off ,,,

HORRIBLE DELIVERY THAT TOOK WAY TOO LONG...PROBABLY SINCE FEDEX SAT ON IT IN TX FOR A WEEK WITH NO MOVEMENT!! WILL BE CANCELLING WITH YOU AND FILING AGAINST YOU (Kohls) AND FEDEX ALL OVER THE INTERNET!! BOX BEAT UP!! PACKAGE CLEARLY THROWN AT LEAST ONCE! NOT DELIVERED IN CLEARLY MARKED DELIVERY LOCATION OR EVEN A SECURE LOCATION! CLEARLY JUST TOSSED INTO THE MIDDLE OF OUR PARKING AREA BLOCKING PARKING AND OUT TO BE DESTROYED BY WEATHER OR STOLEN!! 0 STARS, AGAIN...SEEMS TO ALWAYS HAPPEN WHEN YOU SHIP WITH FEDEX!!

I used to like Kohl's, for some unknown reason, I couldn't get there new Kohl's card, I tried applying twice, with nothing, paid my bill ontime and finally paid it off, what's going on over there is nonsense, then I still get mail from them, for discounts, with a Kohl's card. 0 stars

Online, I ordered two of the same item, at the same time, and my card was charged for both. I received an email that my order was shipped, but only one item was delivered. The USPS tracking indicates Kohl's has not even shipped the second item. I really needed both items together at the same time. I'm trying to use other places than Amazon, but...Kohl's at least, doesn't seem to measure up.

I ordered 6 shirts online and 2 was sent to the store and 4 is suppose to be sent to my house. Two was sent to the store in two different days and I had to go and pick them up. Then the order that was suppose to come to my house has not been shipped yet and then they sent me an email saying one of the shirts was sent to the store! When I called the store the lady said she couldn;t do anything with the online orders except tell me they will be sending to me but don't know when and it could be sent in 3 or 4 shipments! What a night mare!! I will never shop at Kolh's again I don't care if they are giving out $50.00 discounts!! They are extremely unprofessional!!
