CANNOT GET INFO regarding REBATES offered, for the life of me! I need rebate form that needs to be mailed with purchase receipt. I have neither. I have spoken to local store employee, customer care supervisor; kohls rebate center chat line (guy ended conversation by hanging up). I saved the chat and will send to corporate. So now i sent a email to review center. next step corporate I guess. Worst part is that every person I have spoken to has a different answer to my question. I too have spent lots of $$ and been a customer for a long time. this is really the worst of the worst experience i have had. argh!

Kohls is awful. They have the worst service ever... and I spend a good amount of money there because their cloths fit me well. Guess I need a new place. Don't shop at kohls.com, they are liars and cheaters! Their culture must be toxic if all the employees are that useless to the customers.

If I could leave a minus star review, I would do that. I ordered 3 items online and returned them to the store because they were too small. They reduced my return amount by $20, then gave me a Kohl’s cash coupon for $20 good for that day only. I will NEVER buy from Kohl’s again and will stop all ads and contact from them. Lesson learned.

FIRST TIME EVER ORDERING FROM KOHL ONLINE. I PURCHASE A 8 BY 10 RUG. DIDNT TAKE THAT LONG TO RECEIVED IT. BUT KOHL SENT 7 BY 10 RUG. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAD SOMEONE PICK UP RUG. M TOOK A FEW DAYS TO GET MY CASH BUT BUT THEY WAS CHARGING ME SHIPPING FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. ONCE AGAIN HAD TO CALL. TO GET THE MATTER CORRECTED. WHEN I TRIED TO REORDER THE ITEM WENT BACK TO ORIGINAL PRICE.. FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND MY LAST TIME

I ordered a pair of heels on March 30th from Kohl's website. They were delivered a few days later and they were the wrong color. I called the customer service number and they said that they would resend my heels in the CORRECT color. I received my heels over one week later and they were the wrong color again!!!! I called them once again and apparently they "mistakenly had the shoe available in charcoal and black." So they never had the charcoal shoes I ordered available. The shoes were online 2 weeks before I ordered them. Sooo they took about one month to figure out that those shoes were never available.

I love Kohl's for shopping for my daughters and myself. Great prices and great coupons. Really good return policy too!

I am closing this account because I cannot get account information, see why my account is growing larger because of late charges when I had no idea I owed money in the first place.....the service dept. in the store is useless and you cannot get online even when you start over with new passwords, etc. I have never had online service as pathetic as this one with Kohl's. Goodbye Kohl's....I'll pay this amount you say I owe because of late charges on an original 27.00 act. balance which I had paid through the bank, and which you never received, but I had no way of knowing..

This review is for Kohl’s.com not specifically the local store. I purchased a pair of Pokémon swim trunks offline for an easter gift. When they arrived I found that the store had sent me a Spider-Man shirt. When I called the online customer service to inform them of the error I was told that the swim trunks were oversold and no longer in stock and they felt the shirt was an “appropriate” substitution. Concerned that there was a language barrier between myself and the online representative I decided to online chat with a representative. Here were her solutions to the issue: 1. Drive to the local store return shirt and buy trunks there. (I had to point out the trunks aren’t sold in store) 2. Drive to the local store return the shirt then reorder the trunks online( I had to point out the trunks aren’t available online anymore) 3. Drive to the local store return the shirt and then keep checking back online for the trunks to come back in stock and repurchase when they do..... At this point I am extremely frustrated at the service I am receiving and that the convenience of online shopping is not turning into a total inconvenience requiring me to drag 3 kids 20 minutes one way to return an item I didn’t buy to the store. I will say that the instore representative was far nicer and at least apologized for the error. She suggested I write corporate, as they get complaints about the online customer service department all the time. A letter was written only to receive a pre generated letter from Trudy S., stating if I had problems in the future to contact the online customer service department.... The exact people who the problem was with and that they look forward to serving me again. Highly highly disappointed with Kohl’s.com customer service and I will make sure my money is spent elsewhere as their “appropriate substitutions” are less than appropriate and their customer service is a huge inconvenience and headache.
