Do not order from kohls.com anymore they changed from ups to fed ex and it has taken my package longer than it takes to ship from overseas to get here and ir isn't coming from overseas it here in the US. And I paid good money for shipping as well. When I had called customer service they basically told me it is out of their hands....terrible customer service. Cancelling rhe card and will not stop here anymore.

I'm disgusted with the merchandise. I received a knit sweater for xmas. It was from Kohl's. The 1st day I wore it the arm seam let go at the wrist & over the next 20 mins the seam raveled out all the way up to the armpit. Luckily I can knit so I wove the seam back together. But, glad I wasn't at work when that happened. Also, at our local store there are racks above racks on the outside wall & no way to access the clothes. How ridiculous is that? And I think the sizes doffer from other retailers. For instance, my teen wears xs in most stores & has to buy medium at Kohls to wear the item for longer than a season. They shrink terribly. Other stores have sales & coupons too, so not rushing off to Kohl's.

With four growing boys I have appreciated regular 30% off coupons that Kohl's sends me as a store charge card holder. I also love the Kohl's cash promotions. I have spent a lot of our family's clothes budget at Kohl's over the last decade and have always found good stuff on the clearance racks that have significantly increased how far our dollars go. The variety and quality have been great. Thank you!

I use to shop at Kohl's but since I moved, there is not a store nearby. Why should this matter? Kohl's has a third party for a Kohl's Credit card that is hurting their business. I get notified by Credit Karma that my Kohl's credit card has been cancelled. It doesn't even specify why. That looks bad on my credit. I call Kohl's and I am told that I don't use my card enough, so they automatically cancelled it. They didn't even have the courtesy to send me a letter or ask me if I would like to keep my account open. Their response was "You can reapply". Really, I will never shop at Kohl's again just because of the professionalism and courtesy that they lack. They do not hold their customers close, they SHUN them.

When shopping at the Creve Couer Kohl’s, I usually have a great customer service experience. However, the way the manager treated a new employee when I was shopping last week was horrible. The employee was still learning how to check out customers on the new system, and the manager’s exact words to me were "Sorry for the wait. Some people STILL can’t figure out how to use the register.” He then continued to show the employee how to use the system, treating him as though he was a kindergartner. The manager went out of his way to humiliate a new employee in front of customers, which I thought was despicable. I have been looking for a summer job and was considering applying to Kohl’s, but I will certainly not be applying after seeing how managers treat new employees.

There customer service is non existent. I placed an order part of the order was sent to a store 209 miles away from my home????? The rest of the order was shipped to me. The customer service rep was unhelpful and could nor explain the mix up. Also would nor issue a refund, and would not reach out to the store to have them mark item as returned. The second order I placed over two weeks says just in transit. Called kohls and they told me to call ups Wait isnt that the shippers responsiblity. I have had enough All the Kohl's discounts and Kohls dollars in the world could not get me to EVER SHOP AT KOHLS AGAIN. Trust me time is money and being on hold, calling inept customer service reps and receiving the items you paid for is frustrating and a waste if valuable time and effort. Ridiculous. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

I spoke with Kohl’s after I got out of the hospital and fixed my late fee issues then today after already paying Kohl’s tells me I still have a late fee . They are not very honest they do not follow thru and do what they say they will do I set up Kohl’s auto pay with them and now they are telling me it’s not set up. Let me get my card paid off so I don’t have to deal with them anymore!!

Kohls.com is pretty reliable especially during the busy holidays. Returns are easy and almost always satisfied with quality.
