Trying to get any kind of help from the call center is impossible.

I ordered an item that never arrived. Kohls.com claimed they issued another item, free of charge, but then the wrong item arrives. Not only was it the wrong item, but it's SKU number matched the SKU number of the correct item. Someone is putting the wrong labels on the wrong items! Nice to know I won't be the only unhappy customer. AGAIN. Now I am being told I need to return the item, pay to return the item, call to check to see when the return is processed, and then request the correct item. Why would I do all that when I can just go to AMAZON.COM and get the correct item the first time. Why wait for the third time and be out of time, patience, and shipping fees? I have NEVER had a decent experience with Kohls.com. I waited a couple of years in between mishaps to see if service would change, it has not. Good riddance :)

Very Poor customer service, The majority of the call centers are located outside of the US and most of the employees have a heavy accent/poor English therefore communication is difficult. Deceptive Kohl's cash practices and itis very difficult to resolve a problem. My calls were often transferred to another person, who then transferred to another person, ....and problem never resolved.

One of the FEW stores that allow multiple discounts in one purchase. With in store pickup I don’t pay shipping during my non MVC specials. Clearance and coupons make for some STEALS! Basically 90% of my Christmas shopping is done here!

Since Kohls changed there discounts I will no longer be shopping with them. They are just like everyone else now.

Kohl's is the worst. They flagged my account that I never run a balance on and when I called to close the account, they said they would not without a FAXed photo ID and utility bill- bizarre. Don't open an account with Kohl's.

Kohl’s used to be my go to store for many items. However things have changed at Kohl’s and I’m done. Crappy clothes, over crowded floors, poor customer service. I have made the switch to Macy’s. Seriously ladies give them a try they have items there that meet many budgets and I’ve never had poor customer service.
