i received a watch for my birthday, they selling it at $100 and i wanna return or exchange it. they only wanna give me $ 52 credit while the merchandise is selling for $100. There return policy is suck, if they have restocking fee, they should say and don't ack like they have friendly return policy and try to give you less than you pay for. that's stealing.

I shop online at kohls.com all of the time however after my recent order I will not be shopping with them ever again. I placed an online order and immediate after pushing submit I realized my old address was listed as the shipping address. I called immediately and could not get ahold to anyone. I sent an email immediately after trying to call and received no response. The order for some reason was unable to be cancelled within a few minutes of ordering. I called again the following day and they said that once the package arrived at the wrong address that they could have the package returned to them. I called once the package arrived and then was told that they wont request for it to be sent back and that I was pretty much on my own as far as getting my package from across the country. This by far is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The call center staff here are the worst.

Ordered 4 shirts, 2 of which never arrived at the store. Now you make me wait another week to get my money back. I have been a Kohls customer for years. That ends today. Your customer service is rude and not helpful at all. How can you take my money on the day of my order, you screw it up and not deliver my goods, them make me wait another week on my refund??? BYE KOHLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's a warning. to all Kohl's customers. I'm posting the email I sent to Kohl's CEO: Dear Ms. Gass, I have been a loyal Kohl's customer and have had a Kohl's credit card for about 18 years...that is until last week. Why? Because of Kohl's policy of keeping my hard earned cash rather than refunding it in full. I purchased 2 blouses and a tank and earned $10 in Kohl's cash (order #......) . I thought for sure I would love the two blouses so I ordered a third of the same blouse in a different color (order #.......) before receiving them and trying them on using the Kohl's the cash. I now know all about your policy. However, since I returned the 3 blouses, which looked horrible on me (size xs all made me look pregnant), I expected I would receive a full refund of what I paid using my Kohl's credit card. Surprisingly, Kohl's kept $10 of my money and forced me to spend it in your store. NOT including the $10 in Kohl's cash, I spent $62.98 on my Kohl's credit card on those 3 blouses and only received a $52.98 refund because as it was explained by Commack, NY Kohl's customer service and Kohl's credit services I used the Kohl's cash therefore I couldn't get a full refund of what I charged on my Kohl's card. Very sneaky. I'm very disappointed, Ms. Gass. I requested a credit of $10 on my credit card for MY money and was DENIED. Your policy is dishonest and promotes stealing your customers' hard earned money. How you get away with this I don't know. I have closed my credit card and will be filing a complaint with BBB and consumer protection agency. I will also be sure to warn other customers who may not realize your company's policy of stealing their money.

we just move in to our new home about four months go a purchase some marble white ceramic tray to protect our white bathroom counter top... little did we know that the item we purchase does not have anything saying that it was going to stain our counter top... now we have a yellowish stain on our white( total 4) bathroom counter top... who put a black felt bottom on a white item???? and make it look like rubber. and when i called customer service they listen and apologies like they are train to do, and told me to return the items back to the store for a refund??? I don't care about the refund what I want to know is,,, who is going to pay to get the stain out of my counter tops and then the (corporate Office)customer service specialist after the whole conversation all he can say is go back to the store and return for a refund. and he only handles kohls.com???? since it was purchase at the store I should file my complaints to them.

Purchased a mattress topper on sale and it arrived a week later. It was removed from the box and all the pieces and paperwork dumped into a shipping box. Why remove it from the original Box unless someone is doing a switcharoo. Brought it to my nearest kohl’s and they are sold out so I will lose my discounts and can’t exchange it. Not happy with kohl’s.com.

Kohl's at one time was my "go to" store whenever I went shopping. However, now the styles are old fashion and limited in variety. There are so many companies online with styles that are up-to-date along with a wider range of merchandise. Now, I only go to Kohl's when I can't find it anywhere else.

KOHLS.COM needs to get their act together!!! An order was cancelled on me with the email message saying I should contact them to find out why. No one could tell me why, just told me to replace the order. After 5 tries at replacing the order, 5 emails to me, and two phone calls to them, I was told that my phone number (which I was talking to them from) could not be verified (which I did verify) and that I would have to go to the store to make the purchase,(which the store did not have, thus the reason I was ordering online). I went to the store and was told all items were totally out of stock. WHY COULDN'T THAT HAVE BEEN TOLD TO ME IN THE FIRST EMAIL!!!!!
