I normally really like Kohl's. That is why I gave this a 3 star but after Sstueday, I would rate you a 1 star for that days experience. I appreciate the coupons and Yes to rewards. The Kohl's cash is hit or miss as I do not live close to a Kohls so have to drive a ways to get to one and it doesn't make sense to drive that far just to use $10-20 of Kohl's cash. I was at a Kohls on Saturday to purchase a Kitchenaid stand mixer for a wedding present. I was going to use my coupon and my rewards......until I got up to the register and was told they were just told the other day that they can't use the coupon on kitchenaid anymore. The cashier tried it to be sure and nope, it wouldn't work. Well Kohl's, you just lost that sale and possibly others in the future. You have been my go to for shopping but now I will not always think of you for where I buy most of my stuff. I have to go out of my way to shop at your store and since you are limiting coupons more, I will take my business somewhere else. I had went out of my way to get that mixer at your store. I had ruined the surprise of the gift as you did not sell the mixer in the color the couple had registered for at a different store so I called to ask if they would mind it in a color similar and was told to go ahead and then they took it off their registry at the other store. Well, I ended up purchasing it at the store they had registered st and used their coupon and got more money off the sale price that you wouldn't do at your store. Wish I had just done that in the beginning and not tried to do more business with you. Then when I found something else that was allowed for my rewards dollars, of course the sale with the coupon and the rewards rang up so that the rewards were taken off first and the coupon discount next so that I received less off than had it been the other way around. You lost a big sale or at least bug in my opinion and also lost the loyalty of being my go to store. There are plenty of other stores out there offering coupons and deals and I will be looking at those more closely now.

If you have a payment saved & you happen to move, they will charge that payment, EVEN though you took it off you're profile!! Then they won't refund you're money to the payment made to cover the charges, they put it on you're Kohl's card. What kind of B.S. is that?!?! I will NEVER shop there again!!!

I am not happy everytime i place an order at khols.com it takes almost a month before you recieved it. And its ridiculous and upsetting. And the options for shipping is 3 to 5 days not 3 to 4 weeks. Holycraft!!!🥴🥴🥴🥴

OMG! The MOST disorganized mess I've EVER seen. Waiting TWO WEEKS for a transferred item from another store that is less than 30 miles away? I could have WALKED there faster! On another order . . . . LOST order entirely! Waited 2 weeks for refund even though it was NEVER DELIVERED!! I like the store, but ONLINE??? They have NO IDEA what they are doing!!!

Have always gotten great deals at Kohls, esp when they put out their 30% off coupons. But you can no longer use the coupon to buy sneakers. Just about all brands are excluded now. Oh well. Time to find another store.

Had a $0 balance. Went to charge something online. Got a notification that there was a problem with my charge.. Called their CS.... Unknown to me, Kohls had closed my account due that I had not used the card in 24 months. Kohls' said I would have to reapply again online! How stupid! I shall never deal with this retailer again. Website slow and when you go to place an order half of the time you get a notice that the item is no longer available. Guess there is a reason I had not used the charge. Skip the hassle and don't bother with Kohl'S!!!

On June 20th, 2019 I entered the Brookfield Kohl's store. I was in a bit o a hurry and scurried to find the merchandise I needed. I was purchasing $166.00 worth of merchandise. I had no balance of my credit card. My card is always paid on time.The cashier was to call a number and a few more minutes went by. Another few minutes went by, I asked if there was a problem, it was a restriction on my card. What? How can that be? I hadn't used my card for a month and I had the card. After several more moments I abandoned the sale. When I got to the car I called Kohl's. After several more times(4 operators) answering their questions, name, license number, phone and etc. I still was no better off. This all stemmed from a purchase of $23.52, I think When I purchased something in Florida I showed my credit card and license. I have long since paid the bill. Wouldn't common sense indicate if I paid the bill, it was my purchase. They would lift the restriction for a one time purchase. Do you think I want to spend hours on the phone every time I make a simple purchase. Kohl's personnel didn't care, wouldn't and couldn't help, as this is policy. My time is as important as their's. I would think in this retail climate every customer would be essential. Especially the ones that pay their bills. I know security is vitally important, I also know customer's should always be handled with kid gloves. While I will never shop there again, it is very sad that shopping with Kohl's is so difficult. It is my neighborhood store, but I will now drive further. to avoid being treated this way. It is obvious Kohl"s only cares about greed, instead of resolving the issue. It is a ridiculous situation, still not sure why the restriction. Never have been through this kind of nonsense. Thank you Lisa

Been a long time shopper with Kohls and decided to do an online shopping order. The website is HORRIBLE! Just super slow, finally ordered the comforter set with sheets, they sent it with no sheets. I called their equally horrible and,frustrating customer service that said they would send a replacement and IT came with no sheets! No one at the store could help me and the online customer service couldn't help me, so I guess I need to return it all and I'm just SOL on a comforter set. I've been a loyal customer for 20yrs and this is the thanks I get, I won't go back, I'm done!
