I ordered a 3 piece Luggage Set on Friday August 2, 2019 it was to be delivered to store in El Paso, TX my daughter lives there with my granddaughter. August 7th still had not received anything called the store they gave me an 800 number called that to be told to call another 800 number where you are calling the Philippines I spent over an hour being told that I could pick my order up August 7th-August 12 I tried explaining that day was August 7th and the store could find nothing with my Conf. #. Called corporate today to still no avail they don't care I explained my circumstances and Kohl's could careless yet I've paid for this order I for see me ending our 27 year relationship. NOT COOL KOHL'S / Customers are what keeps your doors open.

Ordered two pairs of shoes a while ago. Never got a order summary so I didn’t have my order number. Had to contact someone for that. Then went to track my order after receiving my order number and another person told me that one of my orders was canceled because they were out of stock. Disappointed that they didn’t email me about it. Never ordering online again and I recommend that you don’t!

I bought an air purifier and used my $30 Kohl’s cash as part of the purchase. When I returned the air purifier, I was supposed to get my $30 back, which never happened. I wrote to Michelle Gass, the CEO and she had six different people email me about this matter and nothing was ever done; her emoyee’s gave me a song and dance that it was on my credit card. I just called and spoke to Ron in Mexico City at 10:02 am on August 6th. There is no Kohl’s cash and my credit card, Michelle Gass’s employees said it would be on my Kohl’s credit card. This is not the first time Kohl’s has been dishonest.

Kohl's bought out Mervyns the best company for products, enough sales clerks and good prices, esp for jewelry. Kohls has no customer service help roaming the aisles. I wonder if they are laundering dirty money as I see very few customers in the store and there is no attempt at making the store better. I boycott them now. AND NO STORE SHOULD EVER ASK FOR YOUR FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN ORDER TO GET THEIR C/C! That should be against the law! Also, their layout is terrible. I will shop at Draper and Damon for clothes and other places for everything else. BOYCOTT KOHLS; BRING BACK MERVYNS!!!!!!!!!!

Kohls service is so bad I ordered sneakers a month ago they never came.i called to find out what was going on& they had a million excuses. Bottom line then was your size is out of order ? So basically someone else got my shoes and they never told me & still kept my money??? Very unprofessional, will never order from her again!!!!!

I really want to give 0 stars. I recently orders Shark Vacuum online and choose the option to pick it from store. I went the same day and picked it up, but to my surprise, i saw that what are the details they mentioned online with regards to Accessories are not the same as what the product i took, this really disappointed me. I had to open the box int he store and check for all the accessories and had to speak with store manager about this issue, as to why online was showing more accessories and i got this product without them,he checked it all and said, this is the only product we have, he said he will Online team know about this and you could return it if you want, i have my own reasons not to return it. But i came back home and inquired Kohls online customer service team to why this happened, and figured out they have different story, the online customer service team said: whatever we are showing online, you should have received the same as the SKU details are same. i told my entire story and they offered to order it online rather than picking up from store, so you get right product..Wow wow...what a misleading info and i felt literally bad about the situation happened here...they offered to return and have the product booked at same price...but why can not store manager say this or customer service offer this at the first place...did not liked the way this happened. I just came across one product, are there more product like this

If I could give zero stars I would have. The worse shipping and tracking along with a horrible customer service I’ve ever encountered. Kohls treats customers as if they are dumb. Sad bunch of people actually.

I put in an order last night, I read the email summary this morning and released they were shipping to a house I'd moved from two years ago. I called right away. The order had not been shipped yet. However, they told me they could not help me. It was going to the wrong address and they would do nothing to stop that. Their advice was to go to the old address and tell the people that live there now to refuse the package. Well, that wasn't feasible so I lost a $50 order. And they lost a long loyal customer.
