Wow. Standing at the pick up online red label on the floor, I was completely ignored. I stayed there for over 10 minutes and watched as customers who entered the customer service line get help. Whether short or not the least they can advise is for all customers to get in one line and that the pickup is not currently being manned. Absolutely horrible.

Penny, in the Arlington Heights, Il store, spent time with me, on the phone & was much help. I then went to the store & followed-up with her, about a pair of shoes, that she found for me. She was quite pleasant, professional & is certainly a credit to the Kohl's brand. I hope that others experience the same great service from Penny. I am quite sure, that they will!

Kohl’s is not even worth One Star, wow I mean the horrible stories on here is sad n I also have a sad story, I have a CC with them which I’m canceling n online order, OMG DONT DO IT, u will be sorry n disappointed, I mean if there are a million of orders n yours goes well then just think of all the other nine hundred thousand nine hundred ninety nine that didn’t go good, they tell u in the store to go online it’s online u order n then u don’t get it cuz it’s out of stock but meanwhile it shows that it’s in stock, it’s funny how they have no issues taking your CC number or your money but meanwhile they don’t have what u ordered plus don’t ask for a supervisor when ur on the phone for an online order they are busy or not available! Please do urself a favor DO NOT ORDER ONLINE..... u will be sorry sooner then later! They don’t care about their customers they see u as $$$ cuz if they did then things like this would NOT be happening to us as we the customers make Kohl’s what it is today, pretty soon they will be like Sears n Kmart n guess what happened to them!

If I could rate lower I would. Never have I experienced such a gross display of service. I was purchasing 4 pairs of pants. After asking about a sale price "buy 1 get 1 for $1" that was on display I showed the clerk who proceeded to argue that it must belong to other merchandise. The promo card was prominently displayed in many surrounding items of the Dockers shelves, and he said very openly that I need to learn how to read because the digital display was different. I asked for a manager who was standing right there and just got a blank stare. The neighboring cashier found the whole thing funny, laughing and adding insulting commentary. He'd already run into the back of me with push carts which he found hilarious. In no instance was there an apology from anyone. Needless to say I left and will not purchase ANYTHING from ANY kohl's ever again. It's bad enough their merchandising is a total wreck to shop but I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like this!

I really need to express my frustration with Kohl's just now. I tried to order online, and went and got a gift card because I don't like using my credit card online. Low and behold, they have an archaic system that still requires a credit card even if your gift card covers the order amount! I am outraged. This is crazy! I don't know if the store will be able to take my order, I am not giving them my credit card. I never had an issue like that. After reading all the bad reviews I am damn glad I did not use my credit card, Kohl's seems to have a poor rep and after this I will never buy from them again, too bad.

VERY friendly people but always out of stock, never have size or color for even the most basic items, anything they do have is not on sale, when it goes on sale, they're instantly out of it

I ordered some Bali Bras from Kohl’s in what was stated to be a natural color. The items arrived in Lilac Rose. I tried explaining to the rep that I ordered natural. He tells me that’s not even a color. I said look I order all my undergarments in natural/beige color, so there must be a mix up with the sku number online. In my increasing frustration, I said I just need to fix it in the right color. He tells me he can do that at the same price as my original order. In the midst of being put on hold, I was able to try on the bras and realized I needed a larger size. We were beginning to place the new order with the new color and size, and he experiences issues with the promo codes I received. (free shipping, $10 off of $50 intimate apparel and 30 percent off). He asked to put me on hold for a few minutes to “trouble shoot”. He come back after 5 minutes and states that they cannot honor the original price because the codes are no longer valid and the color issue was an error I made when I placed the order. He says he can only sell me the bras at today’s price. Wow I said I will not be ordering from Kohl’s again. He said, “Well that’s fine. I will go ahead and cancel this order then.” Unbelievable! Did I mention the receipt and emails both stay natural as the color? I spend thousands of dollars with this company a year. I will no longer be doing that!

Like a lot of these reviews, I too placed an order online. Kohl’s.com shipped me another person’s order. I called the 1-800 number and tried to explain I received the wrong order and wanted to return the wrong order and get what I ordered. Well.... the customer service representations are inept and after multiple attempts explaining the situation, giving them the item #s of what I ordered and the item # of what I received they still didn’t understand. So I instead asked for a refund and was told my refund would be processed and I could keep the incorrect item. Fine... great solution. Two weeks later I never received my refund. I called again and spoke to another inept representative who said the first person didn’t process my refund correctly and he would run it through again. Fine. The next morning I wake up to an email from Kohl’s explaining to me I need to take all these steps to return the item incorrectly shipped to me. At which point I responded that I was told to keep said item. Multiple emails ensued where they would tell me in one email to keep the item and in the next that I need to return it. I am clearly not returning they item they instructed me to keep, I’ve cancelled my credit card, and they have now lost a customer over a $20.00 item. Horrible. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
