Ordered 2 skorts in size 6 on line. (Had already bought one at the store, same brand, style number and size.) Web site would not allow me to use ship to store for free shipping. They arrived and my wife tried them on and they were way too big. (Either they were sized incorrectly or the one from the store was) Returned them to the store and they refused to refund my shipping costs of $9.00. I wish I had read the reviews here before I submitted the order. NO MORE SHOPPING ON KOHL'S ON-LINE FOR US!

I made an online order and they charged my card but the order stayed cancelled. And now they are not refunding the amount saying that they have not charged. When I checked my account the amount was deducted. When I contacted the customer care they are not even understanding what am I saying. They say that they have refunded when my bank account does not show it. Bunch of incapable people sitting in the customer care bench. They just say what they taught about and not seeing what is happening I contacted the bank and bank is asking for a confirmation from Kohls on the refund made so that I can get the amount back, but Kohls is not giving that as well

Do not try to order anything online from Kohl’s to be shipped to you!!! I just spent two days and over five hours on the phone, and still couldn’t get the order processed, and nobody can tell me any reason why, just that they can’t verify with some four digit code. ???? so there’s nothing they can do for me, they flat out said, “ you can’t order from us, period, no way around it” ....yet I ordered 20 things from Amazon today with my same bank account with no problem. Kohl’s online is absolutely the most useless website I’ve ever seen!!! Save yourself the time and headache and shop elsewhere.

I have purchased online and at the stores. Sales personnel are friendly and courteous and are helpful. Online shopping is good along with ordering. Shipping is okay.

Have ordered twice and both times after verifying the correct shipping address, it defaulted to a store in another state. I was unable to cancel the order over the phone or with either store. This has been the biggest hassle. I'll never use it again. Still trying to cancel the order.

I rarely have luck buying clothing from Kohl's but I needed a new bra and their is a Kohl's on my way home from work, so I just went there and bought two Bali bras at Kohl's for $30 each. A couple days later JCPenney had them on sale on their website for $15.99. Kohl's does not price match online competitors prices. So, in the future I will look elsewhere before I go to Kohl's.

Kohl's erroneously sends the police after me and then afterwards pretends nothing happened. On 8-18-19 I went into Kohl's in Racine, WI and bought a few pairs of socks. At 10:45A I left Kohl's and drove away. Then about 10 minutes later I was pulled over by Mount Pleasant Police near the intersection of Oakes Rd and Durand Ave. The officer told me that the $100 bill I had paid with at Kohl's was a counterfeit. He asked me the obvious questions regarding the supposedly-counterfeit bill. I answered him and also told him I had a couple more bills from the same bunch at home. He told me to wait in my car and he went back his police car. I sat there with 2 police cars behind me for 15 or 20 minutes. After that 3 officers followed me home and picked up the other bills in question to check them out. They told me they would be in touch with me later on and left. At about 12:30P one of the officers came back and told that I was on the clear and that it all had been a mistake, that the bills were good including the one Kohl's had thought was a counterfeit. When he left I called Kohl's. I thought they should apologize for the embarrassment they had caused me. I was transferred to a store manager who took my name and phone # and told me that the manager of Loss Prevention would call me later on. But nobody called. So the following day, 8-19-19, I called Kohl's again and was transferred to a manager who said her name is Sharon. She again told me that the manager of Loss Prevention would call me, but no call ever came. Obviously making a mistake is part of human nature. But when it happens people usually acknowledge it and apologize for it, but not Kohl's. I think they show very poor judgment when they'd rather sweep under the rug the mess their mistake caused.

I hate the store and the app is the worst ever! I must be a total fool to shop there! Always long lines at the customer service counter because the totally stink!
