Terrible online orders. Has gotten multiple orders wrong on their end and then acts like giving me free shipping to fix their mistake is a discount. Won't discount most items anyways because they are "excluded". Terrible in store customer service.

I always shop at Kohl’s every other week I shop there. It’s just so annoying that they always forget to take off the hardtags on apparel this is the 4th times that they forgot to take off the hardtags. Tommorow I need to come back at Kohl’s just so they can take off the hardtags it’s a waste of gas and time.

This place is a disaster, Roswell Location, they put Kids Red Nike’s up on display for $40, then under It are basically the exact same shoes with no display and with no tag that says how much they are and I get to the register and they are $55, it’s basically a bait and switch. I won’t ever shop here again.

My identity got stolen. The thief got a Kohls card among the other things. Kohls was Amazing. They were wonderful to work with. I'd never shopped or had a kohls card prior. Now when I am in an area with a kohls I stop and shop. It's also a credit card I will definitely get in the next few years and support them. Best customer service ever.

I placed an order online during a sale for 3 different pairs of boots that all said In Stock. The next day I get an email that states that my order was cancelled without an explanation. I look at the order an 1 of the 3 items was out of stock in my size. So instead of contacting me to ask if I want a different size or shipping the items that were in stock they simply cancelled the entire order. The cost of each is double what it was yesterday. Seems like a bait and switch but at the very least is a horrible way to run an online shopping site. I could understand this happening in the 90's but seriously!!!!! Never shop at Kohl's- they have lost my future business.

You are criminals. Your crappy system charged my friend twice the order she placed. You refused to give her her money back for the order YOU added. It must be a wonderful system where you can force purchases on someone. You over drafted her account and What’s your grand scheme to fix this!? What did you do to help!? You said “well take care of it yourself. This deck of cards ain’t going to build itself into a house!” Or something to that effect cause what ever you are doing on your end sure as hell ain’t work.

Ordered online was a disaster. I thought I was ordering a suit. It was only the jacket and when I realized that, I tried to cancel right after but was told it was processing. I received the coat precedes to order pants to give a suit as a gift. Upon arrival the pants didn’t match the suit, so I take them back to nearest store and was told they would credit it back on my debit card. I had all receipts, but the debit card that was used the day of purchase was lost and I had a new card. I couldn’t get a cash refund had to get an In-store credit. I was also told that I couldn’t get the tax I had paid on the items. This is a bad policy. If you are buying a gift for someone far away and they needed a particular item that person wouldn’t have the debit card used for the purchase. The store didn’t have what they needed they would be out of luck. Worse policy ever time for a review if you want to keep your customers happy. Customer service wanted to credit it back to the lost debit card and I talk to the bank about getting my money back.

Kohls is honestly trash, they been telling my girl to pretty much work for herself, hasnt even met her real manager yet, and just been trying to fit in where she "thinks" she should be. i recomennd to never work there, it is literally whack as hell, i wish there was more things i could say to describe just how god damn whack kohls is.
